I’ve ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with sweet cold foam here 5+ times and they never once put the cream or the syrup IN the coffee, they just put the foam on top. I used to work at starbucks and this is not how you make this… especially since i’m paying extra money for the foam on top. Every other starbucks knows how to make this drink.
people were nice but I wish I went to go get my money back for buying expired juice there I had a bad stomach issue after.

My only suggestion is to hopefully train some of our new baristas how to pour our favorite coffee beverages (i.e. Decaf Mocha HOT) into our reusable coffee tumblers to help our loyal Starbuck's customers & myself save $ on our future visits there.Beth Budner, Auburndale, MA!
