Usually have a very quick and nice staff. Had a few less than pleasant experiences, however I do not want to be overly critical as they can get overwhelmed in the morning with orders and I understand. Otherwise a solid starbucks.
I have been to many Starbucks locations, and this one hands down makes the most consistently good drinks. I get the same thing pretty much every time and they always nail it. My drink has oat milk in it and this is also the only location that doesn’t skimp on the milk and leave a gap in the drink (Allston Starbucks leaves a gap every time without fail). I’ve been pleased by this location enough times to finally write a review. So thanks to the people who work here :)
I do not review often, but when i do..... I am wowed by the employees at this store!! A fantastic group of people that truly inspire others to be kind and thoughtful.
All the baristas are so friendly and I love that they remember me by name ? 10/10 recommend
The last time I went to this Starbucks, one week ago, the same day (I had coffee and a scone) I got food poisoning. I thought to myself, how odd it was, that Starbucks was the only thing I ate on that day. But I thought, there is no way I could get sick from a coffee and scone. I was sick for 48 hours, it was bad. Today, I got just a coffee, here again, and an hour later was sick. Not nearly as bad, but that is no coincidence. Do what you will with that information. I get coffee from the Waltham Starbucks every morning for 3 years and never once been sick.

I know Starbucks Baristas are amazing. At this shop I was having a conversation with one about espresso makers, and while he was telling me about his experience at coffee expo, he was listening to the people in the line and filled their orders without skipping a beat or making a mistake. I was fully impressed!!
Sometimes you need a coffee shop to actually be open super early. This location is absolutely clutch. Also, their staff are always friendly and helpful in the six years I’ve been stopping by.
No drive-thru. Otherwise regular amazing coffee.
