This is not a convenient location if you are doing a "big weekly shop". The staff are friendly and helpful but the store does not validate parking in the North Station Garage. There are no signs telling you this as you enter the garage or the store. The garage charges a flat rate of $20.00 on Saturday and Sunday whether you park for 20 minutes or 2 hours. You can park on the street if you find a spot but you have to haul your purchases quite a distance while being harassed by the throngs of homeless in the North Station area.
I really want to like the new location by North Station. It's perfect for the commute, except for the insistence on self-checkout. I was in a hurry to catch my train and it took way too long to get help because the three items in the bagging area weren't the correct weight. Of course, no one was around to help so I had to leave my groceries there and wait until I got home to shop. Pro-tip:. If you want to cater to commuters, make it possible to check out quickly.

Just opened at North Station.
Just opened up. The downstairs section is enormous. Very convenient for commuters that need to grab something on the way home. Prices aren't worse than the Roche brothers in DTX
