Ordered a chicken cutlet sub. The chicken was tough and overall the sandwich just did not taste very good. Was also rather alarmed that none of the staff were wearing masks given that there is currently an indoor mask mandate in Boston. Would not recommend.
I just bought a sub, I stepped outside when I came back inside the short guy at the register who handles the money was touching my sub without putting on gloves, I order from here at least twice a week now I see what goes on when no one is watching them, Tonight is my last time going into south end pizza, I will drive from south end to Dorchester, They have the best pizza places
First time ordering from here and it was excellent! Hot, Fresh and tasty food. We ordered a steak and cheese sub as well as a white cheese pizza and regular pizza. All of it was so good.
I called to ask a question about a sub and the guy who answered was rude. He did not listen he kept saying order from doordash we don't delivery to your address. But I wanted to ask if they sold a certain kind of sub. But he hung up on me. I will never buy from them.
As of today they just lost another customer. Had an issue with my delivery and immediately called the store and driver. They both denied any issue when I know the truth. The person who answered the phone was rude not willing to help ,then hung up on me. I WILL NEVER order from this place again and letting others that I know to do the same. Don't spend your money at this place!!!
We had a couple of slices of Zar. The pepperoni was amazing!! The staff is super friendly and helpful.
Incredibly difficult to work with and extremely rude on the phone.This is a common problem and there are plenty of places to order pizza that don’t have the same problems or lack of business acumen

Literally the worst crab cakes ever I should’ve known not to order from here it tasted like frozen old and breaded freezer food , not fresh. Then the sub was cold and the chicken tasted old also. This was near me so I thought it was nice to try but never again better off going to sleep hungry lol
I love this place the food is great and I travel past many other places just to get there.Worth the trip.
