We visited Sol Aztec this evening tonight for the first time. Myself, my husband, granddaughter and her boyfriend. It was a fabulous experience. The waiters and owners were so accommodating, polite and friendly. The supreme nachos with veggies were by far the best we’ve ever had. The meals were excellent - Enchilladas, Tacos, Fajitas, and Tostadas. There was a lot of food. We saved room for delicious chocolate mousse dessert and each of us left with to go containers. I would highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be gone back. Thank you!!!!!

Was a wonderful, friendly place to have dinner! The staff is hard working and kind! Food is fantastic! Highly recommend!

Great service, good food and drink. If you’re looking for a solid, authentic Mexican food restaurant then this is the place to go! Price is great and quality quite good ?? Recommended for dates and adult outings

Had a burrito and enchiladasBoth were authenticServing sizes were decentWould recommend it you like authentic Mexican food

Sol Azteca is a classic Mexican restaurant where you can get traditional dishes and excellent margaritas. I’ve been here several times and I’ve never had a bad entree. I’ve had the enchiladas and the quesadillas and really liked them! One thing I’ll make mention of is the queso asada appetizer. It’s not like normal queso which I associate with a creamy thick cheese sauce. Ours was more like melted cheese that kind of stuck to the cast iron skillet it was in. It was still good, but it was more solid and greasy than expected.

My wife and I visited Boston a few years back. We frequented Sol Azteca with our friends, as they were a short walk from where we were staying. The service, especially at the bar, was outstanding. The food tasted authentic and they had an exceptional selection of drink offerings. Warning: Avoid the skull on the back wall!

one of my favorit places in Boston, great atmosphere, clean, great food, staff ect...

Some of the best Mexican food you can find around here, vegan options available, large portions, free chips and salsa, margaritas made with fresh ingredients. Pretty sure it’s family-run, I see the same folks working there every time for the years I’ve been going here. Nice patio out in the front for warm weather dining.

This restaurant never ceases to amaze. They are authentic and continue to provide authentic Mexican cuisine in a lovely atmosphere. The sangria is in a class of its own and the salsa is rich and flavorful. The combination plate is my go-to so I can experience all the flavors, textures and spices. They set the standard and I hope they continue to thrive!

On the pricier end but worth it. You will have leftovers. Best Mexican food I have found in Boston so far. Please go with an appetite for good comforting food. Great service and people. Also try the house infused ghost pepper cocktail.
