This place won’t survive the competition! Tried to save time by skipping Chick-Filet ended up spending 15 minutes waiting for the cashier + 45 minutes waiting for a dry/smelly burger that we ended up throwing in the trash.I’m glad chick filet opened up next door! Way better service and cleaner food.
Really good for a last minute option. We had plannned on another place down the road, drove an hour and a half just to find out they closed. Anyway, we were trying to find another better option and it was between this place and 2 others. I checked the menu and saw they offer turkey burger which is a HUGE plus for me because I dont eat red meat. I AUTOMATICALLY agreed to it. So we were gunna go in and order then I realized I could just order online which is great! So we ordered online and my food was done BEFORE the promise time which ? thank god because we were hungry at this point. We grabbed the food to go, the french fries were literally perfect. A nice happy medium between salty and crunchy , just the wway i like it. I ordered the turkey burger and that was delicious. Best choice if your looking for something quick with quality.^^^Sooo it's funny because the first time we tried this place it was great( perfect) quick service i ordered online it was quick great quality. Second time around not so much. Highly disappointed this is now 2/26 were eating here and I waited and ENTIRE HOUR in the store for my order even AFTER placing my order 25 minutes PRIOR to even gettin to the store. So i walked in and they didnr even have my order started. Okay. All the employees were goofing around they werent attentive to there customers. I kept having to ask the girl how much longer and her answers were "5 more minutes" idk how much longer 5 more minutes can get when i waited an HOUR INSIDE the store. Maybe its just the staff tonight, but that was literally the WORST service I have ever witnessed / have had. Very disappointed this time around. Now I understand what those complaints were on previous reviews. Maybe it's just the staff that was on tonight but not a single one seemed to care that they had orders backing up so bad they had people just walking out because they didnt wanna wait the supposedly half hour they were giving out but that half hour was more like an hour! Terrible.
Jarah, the manager taking orders was SUPER rude, didn’t even greet us, just said “what’s your name, what do you want, hurry up.” He also was screaming at other patrons for not having their masks all the way up while THEY WERE ACTIVELY EATING, meanwhile his own employees weren’t wearing even them. I saw him kick out a kid because he was sitting with his 4 friends who ordered food but he didn’t order anything so he told him he had to leave. Cared more about yelling at people than making the food which took forever to come out and was cold. Not to mention the prices seemed very high. Overall terrible experience, one of the meanest people I’ve ever seen
I ordered the turkey burger and the Reese's Peanut Butter Shake. The meal was delivered, and had napkins, but no straw for the milkshake. I had to eat it with a spoon instead of sipping it. Maybe they decided to do away with straws to save marine life, but I'd preferred to sip my drink instead of pretending it was ice cream.
Phenomenal service, I sat down here for my lunch break. I respect Smashburger’s vaccination requirement to dine in. They play it safe and responsible. Upon my entrance I was greeted by a kind member of staff and my order was taken immediately. Amazing food and service.
Got the Turkey Burger double (thank you for having that as an option !) Husband got regular burger double. Delivery, oh my Goodness so good!! ? A little salty but I rarely eat salt so wasn’t the end of the world. Definitely ordering again. Just didn’t receive the shake but I don’t blame the store. Thank you smash burger for making my day !
The other day was the first time I ever had Smash Burger. Fantastic. Cooked perfect. The fries where also top notch.
Seriously understaffed and un-motivated. Burned burger served cold with cold fries. I’m not sure, but I would swear that they were making the fries one at a time, and setting them out individually to cool down.
Clean, fairly quick service despite the volume of business, GREAT burgers for fast casual dining.
This was my first time trying smashburger and it was ok but extremely meh. My expectations were much higher and the service was extremely slow. They seemed very understaffed. The food was room temperature and the ingredients were not prepped very well. My order of 1 burger took 15 minutes to come out. Maybe I will try a different location.
