Great majority black staff. Not only did they have a team meeting in the back, but they all seem to get along and eat together. Jayvon; kept dining room clean, is friendly, brought our food to the table and a hard worker. My family enjoyed it.
NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE WITHOUT A RECEIPT! They never claimed they lost my order, I kept being told it was in the process of being made for AN HOUR AND A HALF by the same employees. I know they're busy, but they kept coming back to the window while I was standing right there and not saying a word to me even though they KNEW I was waiting for that long. After 6+ attempts to get them to find my order, being told someone took it right after someone told me it was in the process of being made... I had to actually demand they figure out what is wrong in order to get my food. I had no choice, it was that bad.One of the most ridiculous experiences I've ever had at a food place. Kids that need customer relations training for sure... the people handing out the food were excellent though! They were the one's who told me I actually had to go outside to get my food because the cashier never told me a thing.
Good burger, as expected. The chopped cheery peppers were key.Strawberry Shake is just ok. Pleasant Street Diner in Dartmouth Nova Scotia still can't be beat when it comes to a milk shake.
Never once been to a Shake Shack, so being somewhere that had one, we had to check it out. Always hearing about how good shake shack we wanted to know if it lived up to the hype, it sure did! The lemonade was refreshing, the chocolate milkshake might have been the most chocolate flavored shake I have ever had in my life. So good. The burger was cooked perfectly and topped well. The cheese fries tasted like someone actually made the cheese sauce and not a fake cheese food product. Worth all the hype, glad I finally can say I’ve had a Shake Shack burger.
Only had a shake but it was SUPER yummy. Staff was the friendliest and most welcoming of any place I've been to in Boston. I'm in town for the first time and have been to several places over the last few days. Everyone has been courteous at those other places but they couldn't hold a candle to the ebullient welcome here! Can't wait to come back for a burger!!
Ordering was quick. First order came pretty fast through the window pick up as instructed.Second order took forever and was later found in the pick up shelf instead of the pick up window we were sent to.Fries were good. Shrooms burger was nice crispy. Chicken avocado and shack burger were good. Did not care for the buns.Good lemonade..one large is enough to share.Oreo cooky funnel cake shake was enjoyed by our teenager. Too sweet for me
While the avocado chicken sandwich was okay it was just like they didn't care enough to get the order right. Missing the fries, no straws, no honey mustard sauce. I ordered a strawberry shake they gave me chocolate in which I'm not a fan of. I'm sure I will never order from there again.
Looking for a place for lunch, our group of 10 stopped here on a busy Friday afternoon. Ordering was quick and efficient. I order a double with extra cheese with nothing else, my wife had the bourbon chicken sandwich along with a side of fries. What a great surprise of the taste of the burger, it brought me back to my childhood eating at a local luncheonette that had awesome burgers. It was awesome the taste was outstanding, juicy, hot and a good size. My wife loved her chicken sandwich, the fries were OK could have been done a little more for us. Some of our party has eaten at a Shake Shack in other locations which they love. I cant wait to have another soon...Highly recommended.
love shake shack but I’ve never had a good experience with this particular branch . Ordered twice of uber eats and both times was disappointing. Meat of the burger was gray and texture was v off putting,it left a metallic taste in my mouth .fries and shake were good .
No fries no chicken no shroom burgers I should of got a free meal
