I love their fries. Hambúrguer is nice and they have a nice sauce, but it is a bit small
EDIT: Updating to say I’m very pleased with my recent order. I gave them another try after emailing customer service. My order arrived quicker than expected via bike messenger (awesome!) and everything was included/prepared/packaged great.Placed an order at 7:42pm with expected delivery at 8:12. Watched the updates go through 3 different drivers before my entire order was cancelled by them for no reason. Don’t bother trying to get food in a reasonable time from this trash location.
My favorite fast casual dining burger. I’m sure their creative burgers are great... but gotta stick with the classic double shack. Also a mostly well run operation with clean tables and timely service.
The only thing that saves this Shake Shack is the sandwiches. The place is very dark and not very clean. Unfortunately, when I went, it was quite cold at the back of the place due to a clear problem with the heating system. There was no free wifi or if it is a service offered, it was not working that day. However, the staff was very courteous and kind.
My first time in a Shake Shack and I was impressed. It was simple, delicious, and the prices were reasonable. For reference, the wait was about 15 minutes for 4 shakes. The shakes hit the spot and my kids were happy with their choices. Thanks!
Lunch become dinner. Manager was so rude. Through wrong order to me, after 2 hours of order, like they hate customers. Terrible experience.
It is higher quality burger and fries chain! It is a spot I go to if I am feeling up for treating myself. I was not a fan of crinkle cut fries because the ones at schools just aren’t any good. However the ones here definitely changed my feelings toward crinkle cut fries. I like the fries and shack burger here! It’s nice that they try and experiment different drink flavors and burger styles, but I like their shackburger and shroom burger most here.
Absolutely delicious . Friendly and fast service for a lunch time it took them about 5 minutes to serve the sandwich. If you are driving it’s really hard to find a parking spot around the area. But if you walking yea definitely give it a try. The location gives really nice vibes. Highly recommended
For US 16 you can get a shake shack burger,fries and shake. While a bit pricy it is consistently tasty and satifying. Service is fast and contactless ordering and payment is a plus.
