Ramen is one of my favorite foods and this is the best place in town to get it! The restaurant is small so don’t be surprised if you have to wait a bit in line, but it is always worth it. The broth is flavorful, meat is tender, and portions are well sized. Highly recommend the Shio ramen if you don’t like spice and Kara Miso ramen if you do. Either way, you can’t go wrong. Definitely give it a try!!
Absolutely tasty ramen! Loved that they greet you in Japanese which added to the ambiance of a cozy ramen shop in a busy area. The pork was so soft that it felt like it was melting in my mouth but still solid enough to hold with my chopsticks. Rich broth, chewy noodles, fast service. The biggest wow factor was that they have 3 sizes for your ramen, Small, Regular, and Large which was perfect since most other ramen places just gives me a big bowl I feel forced to finish which makes me feel worse. 5 stars well deserved

Everything was perfect! The ramen, broth, meat cooked to perfection. Would recommend trying the pork cheek, it really does melt in your mouth. Ajitama was beaut too!
Although the line to get a table herr might be long, it is quick. The service is extremely good and the dishes are very tasty.And, oh, they didn't let me take a picture of the kitchen! Hehe.5/5.
Amazing ramen with tons of options! You can do lots of things here at Santouka ranging from the size of the bowl to the noodles to the items you want in your ramen. Their selection is astounding and the line outside is clearly well deserved! Seating is limited at this location so expect a 30-45 minute wait time depending on foot traffic. It is well worth the wait if you are a ramen lover!
excellent ramen noodle is strong texture not soft my favorite- enough spice - regular bowl is small for me - next time large bowl great ramen - get here early or seating wait

One of my fav lunches spot in Back Bay and possibly the best Ramen in the city. Menu is simple and sticks to the point. Also food comes out very quickly. Pro tip: order the extra pork cheek and belly on the side!
This is my favorite ramen place in Boston/ Cambridge area. They serve delicious ramen, which explains the long wait times/ queue even in the chilly Boston winters.Highly recommended
