If you haven’t been to Santarpios yet, wyd? The pizza here is certainly supreme as are their grilled meat. This is a no frills, hole in the wall place, so don’t expect fine dining. But the pizza will not disappoint with clearly fresh dough and ingredients. They only do pizza and grilled meat, no apps nothing, which I appreciate because they do it so well. Strongly recommend you do dine in, it doesn’t travel as well.
Sorry to say theres is something off with the pizza just seemed ok maybe theres so much competition these days that when you try food from a place you always thought was the best suddenly its either fallen off due to many resons or your taste changed. Definitely worth trying again im sure next time will be fine.
A local institution. You want to hear great Boston accents come here. The pizza is ok not my style. Ordered the vegetarian cause I’m not fond of nitrites in the cured meats. Hardly any vegetables, very heavy on the cheese and the crust and pizza way over cooked. Rock hard crust we couldn’t eat. I understand this is a local favorite but not mine.
Our Lyft driver recommended this place, and it did not disappoint. The pizza was delicious (better than the North End joint we tried the previous night). Although the lamb skewers looked delicious cooking on the grill at the restaurant, they were chewy and tasteless as takeout.
Quirky but wonderful home in the wall place. Loved our server and the cheese, sausage, and garlic was some of the best pizza we’ve ever had.
Apparently this is the pizza place to go to in Boston! I've been twice and it's worth it! The skewers were awesome, especially if you sit by the grill! Awesome pizza and atmosphere. I'm from small town SC. So it was a cool experience to grab lunch from an old school pizza place in Boston, then run out in the snow to catch a fast cab to the airport! Awesome experience!!
Good pizza, perfect kabob!I wanted to try this place after watching YouTube videos about them. I loved their lamp kabobs - more than an appetizer for sure. Each skewer has 5 pieces of meat.I ordered the meat lovers pizza and it was good.They have dine-in and take out (separate entrance). Not a very fancy place but it's cozy.Parking is under a highway crossing bridge, near the pick up entrance of the restaurant, and is very limited, but achievable with patience and a little luck.
Great place for pizza but also for lamb shiskaboob (!). Friendly atmosphere, reasonable prices and delicious food make this place a great find especially that it is located away from downtown in the middle of the neighborhood. So worth the trip!

Always wicked awesome. Best damn pizza in Boston. Been visiting for 40+ years and will continue till I die. Everything is good here.
