Food was great but very slow service for the first time. Maybe short staffed? IDK, but they told me 10 minutes on the phone when I ordered drove there still waited 25 minutes. Usually can't go wrong for take out though. Killer chicken wings!!!

Most low star reviews on this restaurant are for bad reasons and lies, what? Of course there are some real understanding reasons of low star reviews though.

Real score 4.4Service lacked and didn't have green onion oil.But flavors were amazing!

this place offers great food, but the service is not so responsible. We ordered three dishes: pho with beef combinations, special house fried rice, and salty fried toufu. They are all delicious! Like the all. We will come back to eat again!

This dump just this very minute! ? ruined my new Years! I feel nauseous! The beef smells like decomposing flesh! I tried to taste it and got sick! ? ugh!!! And we didn't get our sprite we paid for! And they jave a list of smoothies thay claim they don't have? Disgusting piggies

Saigon One is one of my most favorite Vietnamese restaurants. Everything is so delicious and friendly staffs. Highly recommend this place!!!

My favorite Vietnamese restaurantSmall but very cozy

Everything I've ordered here so far has been spot on!This is a relatively new (at least in the last 10 years since I've come back to Dorchester) vietnamese restaurant. The staff are always really friendly and offer iced tea right when you get in and sit down.I ordered the salt toasted pork chop plate which was huge. The pork chops are super moist and crispy when you take a bite and the portion size is huge. The grilled chicken with rice reminded me of my childhood. The chicken was cooked perfectly and seasoned well.Their salt toasted squid and soft shell crabs are great if you love seafood and calamari style dishes. Just be aware that they can be a bit spicy, so make sure you let them know if you want it mild. Adding pork chops to that dish will run you an extra $6, but it's a huge plate.I also loved their spring rolls and garlic snow pea leaves. They absolutely love up to any Chinese restaurant in quality and flavor. Their fried tofu and fixed vegetables are also solid dishes if you're going vegetarian.Overall some dishes can be a little pricey if you custard customizing dishes, but the portion sizes definitely make up for it.

The best Vietnamese traditional food.

I ordered "canh bún" to-go and it is just alright. "Huyết" tasted like nothing, texture was too hard, solid and dry, nothing special about "riêu" or about this dish here, huge portion though. For $15 it maybe worth it for the amount of food but not worth it for the taste..Will try other stuff next time.I got here before dinner rushed hour so it was quiet; the place looked clean and staffs were nice.
