The best lobster roll i have ever had! Service was excellent. Soups were good.
Excellent fish and chips. Great source for all sorts of fish — fresh caught and cut sushi blocks, filets, mussels, clams. Excellent prepared food too. Love the local stories associated with each item. Fairly priced.
Very friendly and excellent service... But you really are coming here for the delicious cold lobster roll. The toasted buttery bun hosts fresh lump lobster, just like you want it!

The Lobster Rolls are great! Amazing stuff. Definitely the best I had in Boston. They are a little more expensive, however, it is totally worth it. Staff is super nice as well :)
Lobster roll from Red’s Best was excellent! A generous portion of sweet fresh lobster chunks with just enough of the other ingredients to highlight it. And the buttery, lightly toasted roll was a perfect vehicle. Hubby & I shared one, but it was so good that we wished we’d each ordered our own. First visit to Boston Public Market and we found it a very pleasant, relaxing alternative to the touristy, over-crowded Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market scene.
Great food! Portions were good. The side of onion rings was very generous and much enjoyed. This was a great stop for some fresh cooked seafood.
Flavorful clam chowder, prompt and courteous service, good value. We were treated as if the staff genuinely appreciated our business.
Pricey but filled with LOTS of fresh lobster, including big chunks of claw meat. Perfect for a split lunch or solo. It was too hard too pass up while visiting Boston
Maybe it was overhyped to me so I was expecting a bit too much. The fried oysters, calamari and fish + chips was lovely but the clam chowder and lobster bisque was disappointing. Still highly recommend a visit to try.
