On their Uber Eats menu, they claimed that the steam snapper is served with rice and red beans (rice and peas)...$15.60. I ordered the steam snapper expecting rice and beans but got snapper only.When I called to complain, I was told that rice and beans was not ordered. I told the woman that I didn't think I had to, dor 2 reasons: 1.the menu suggested that the steam snapper was SERVED WITH RICE AND BEANS2. there are no choices on the menu.She did not try to resolve this but hung up on me after blaming me for not stating that I want rice and beans
The food is always cooked to perfection. The staff is welcoming and pleasant. The place is always clean!
So a few days ago I ordered oxtails rice and beans and had the veggies on the side. I also ordered two patties with cheese w/Coco bread. I think my favorite was the patties and Coco bread always have loved those lol. The Oxtails were good as well, Just wish the plate it came in wasn’t mixing everything & had the separate holding places, Other than that it was good. First time eating here!
This is my spot to get my craving fix for oxtails. A little extra gravy and it's a wrap! Oh yeah my cuz seats by the cows foot soup. Glad to have a place where the food is consistently good.

The workers are rude ok this place sucks the oxtails are hard and when you ask the worker that supposed to know about the food because I do have allergy to certain things and they know nothing about the food I will never order food fro here nor give my family nor friend here the older women is so danm rude
Great authentic Caribbean food. You can’t get this in the suburbs. Oh yeah... Get there before the oxtail runs out!!!
Food was on point. Portions are good ?. What I like most is their great customer service.
I gave 3 because I've had some ups and downs. But this is still my go stop for west Indian food. Outside of roti.I go to JP Roti. It May take some time but definitely worth it. Big plus they are not price gouging with covid... REMEMBER JP ROTIDOUBLES N ROTI.... THUR THROUGH SATURDAY...
The food is very good. Just hate the drive from my house to get good food in Boston. Raphael's has not disappointed yet. Try their fried fillet tilapia, very well seasoned and prepared. Their portions are also generous.
