Very good sandwich, but really bad service… people with bad mood and looks like they are mad to costumers

Waited in line for 20 minutes to be told they were \\\"out of salads for the day\\\". No signs anywhere notifying customers. It was 11am. So, I ordered a sandwich. The associate adding toppings was so rude...the employees here just don't care.

We flew out of B5 at Boston Logan and stopped here to grab a quick lunch before our flight. They were VERY busy and employees were dealing with a lack of ingredients. Despite these challenges, staff were working very hard with a good attitude. The young man making sandwiches was amazing. When I suggested he was practically feeding the entire airport, he looked up, surprised, and then gave all of us in line a big smile and said he couldn’t do it without his fellow workers. What a fantastic employee. Potbelly, give this crew a raise! Oh, and my husband really enjoyed the cold brew shake to celebrate his birthday. Thanks Potbelly!

Waited nearly 10 minutes before anyone came out from the back to help…and then when the employee gets there, they say they’re cash only and that they don’t have any toppings for the sandwiches, just mustard and mayo. Truly bad service.

At least the person below who reviewed and showed all the items they were out of had signs to let them know. For a place that has lots of salads, being out of lettuce altogether suggests maybe putting up a sign? So I don’t have to wait 20 minutes to find out you are out?

Refused to accept airport meal vouchers which every other restaurant in the airport accepts, didn’t provide reasoning and straightaway grabbed the sandwich back. Rude customer service.

Sandwich was fairly good but, as all the other reviews said, the Hispanic lady at the counter was pretty rude: When I asked her for a milkshake, she rolled her eyes like I had just singlehandedly ruined her day and then proceeded to (I assume, based on her tone and expression) loudly complain about my order to her co-worker in Spanish while she made it. If you don't want to make milkshakes, don't offer them -- don't act like I'm the bad guy for picking an item off of your menu ?\\nThat being said, her co-worker (guy with ponytail) was perfectly fine.

If I could give zero stars I would, terrible customer service. Hispanic lady yelled at everyone in line, then as I was asking to put lettuce and Mayo on my sandwich she yelled over me in Spanish and then in English said \\\"no toppings, next station!\\\" She yelled at her coworker and then when I asked her coworker at the register for a shake, the Hispanic lady was very rude, speaking in Spanish about how it's a waste and that when there is two people working they should say they can't do shakes, even though it was her coworker who made the shake. I feel bad for the coworker of hers, she looked drained at it was only 10:30 AM.

Horrible example of an otherwise great brand. Always out of ingredients and horrible hours. Was about to order today and they said they couldn’t make any sandwiches because all the bread was frozen. Sad excuse for a Potbelly.

Horrible customer service!!’ I recommend NO BODY to buy at this place. This morning a Hispanic woman was very disrespectful to me when I asked her about my receipt yelling at me in-front of all the customers saying is not my problem is the machine is not printing. I will strongly advice to the manager don’t have this type of worker in the business bc it make it look really bad for the company. Horrible disgusting this happen at Boston airport Terminal B
