Staff were very rude to me treating me differently than other guests in the restaurant, they were friendly with other guests and treated me like I was not welcome, they wouldn’t make eye contact with me and walked away when I was telling me they gave me someone else’s order. They told me that it was my fault that they gave me the wrong order. Then gave me my order with missing items, will never return because of how I was singled out which is a shame because it was my first time and would have likely been a place I would get food from often.
have only had the chicken here so I can only comment on that. It is my favorite of all the chicken restaurants. The chicken is perfectly seasoned and cooked to a perfect crisp Nadia Pettaway was very kind and attentive got our orders quickly and correctly
I love popeys but think in Roslindale should have drive through. Will be much better.
Friendly staff and the chicken and sides just always seems more fresh at this location.

Ordered online for dinner on 01/12/22. Got there 30 minutes after ordering and had to wait another 30 minutes in the store - slow operation. Workers were busy chatting up with each other instead of filling orders. Got home to realize it was missing items. Owner needs to hire better people.
Love Popeyes and I always go to this location but man oh man the wait is getting worst by the day. This location doesn’t seem equipped to handle the extra demand from online ordering. Two people doing online orders and just one person taking care of the actual customers in store. Took eleven minutes for me to get my order and there was just one person ahead of me when I came in.

there chicken use to be so good in 2010 now it doesnt taste good anymore its very soggy and the fries are soggy in 2015 and now
