The workers are Ghetto/ Unprofessional/Rude and Out of Control! This includes the Manager and front store staff. I just went in there 39 minutes ago and there is a Mexican guy working the cashier who is completely Ignorant , not only did he overcharge me and when I mentioned he didn't offer an apology; but I had to literally request my receipt along with other's. On top of that, he tried to charge me 27 cent for sauce even though I never received any. I asked another employee in which she Apologized and offered me 2 extra even though I only needed 1.
This is the worst Popeyes location I have ever been to and I strongly believe the franchise needs to investigate this branch and take away the license . First I order for pickup at 5.40 pm and reached the location around 7 pm . When I reached I showed my pick up number and the employees were just rude and told search Over there where pickups are at . No hey or anything . Second one the employees was sipping on coffee and walking around with drips of coffee all over . The employees seemed to not have been trained and they all just looked confused . Extremely dirty location too which was another red flag . Finally an extremely rude woman comes out of the kitchen shouting fire and yells at the customers to get out with spit coming out of her mouth . The customers are all out and the employees instead of apologizing to customers started laughing and talking to themselves like they enjoyed it . I asked the woman what about my order I walked 18 minutes to this location and already paid . She just yelled ( yelled not spoke) to try online and go away. The entire atmosphere was weird like a prison and the employees were just disgusting. I filed a report to the better business bureau as well . I have never been this frustrated and livid .
Not only are they unprofessional but extremely rude. Me and my mom are very friendly people , get along with everyone and I am very fluent in English but my mom isn’t. Yet she’s never had an issue getting her point across, especially to make an order. They had attitude and made extremely inappropriate comments about her accent. I will never accept how they reacted. This Popeyes will never see me there again, won’t waste my money on them.
You guys messed up my order, again!!!! Not Diet Coke this time. This is the fourth time you had made a mistake in like 10 orders. What the hell?
They messed up my order by not giving me the right chicken and not giving my sandwich. Terrible service, try another branch.
AVOID DELIVERY AT ALL COSTS. Ordered a five piece tender meal and a sandwich combo from Uber Eats and when the order arrived, items were missing (sauces and sides), the chicken tenders were horrible (dry, and tiny) and the chicken sandwich didn’t have any sauce or pickles- it was literally just a piece of chicken on some nasty, soggy bread. Maybe they’re better in-person, but avoid for delivery.
Rude personal! They think they are giving free food or treating with trash. I live around five years and every time it’s the same. Don’t spend your money here!
The parking situation was a mess, people just park on the side of the road and block everyone else. The front area has a fenced area make the place look like prison --- When I try to grab my food from online order, the frantic lady working there yelled with anger: Excuse me? Please ask before you touch! Must be too many people waiting I guess :/, im only the 15th order of the day.BTW 10/10 chicken will go again when not busy.
So I ordered some chicken nuggets off of Uber eats, mind you, it's a 48 piece, so I'm sharing the nuggets with my kids I got my food from the driver, who was pretty cool. I opened the box all 4 boxes of nuggets were cold, and with all those nuggets, you would think I get a sauce, right? No, I didn't get any of my sauces for my food at all! Then I try to call and let them know, and guess what, no one picks up the phone. This has to be the worst Popeyes in Boston DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!
Ordered online, 2 drivers cancelled because it took so long, 3rd driver called and let me know that (after 2 hours) they still had not made just a 8 piece tender meal and chicken sandwich. Honestly I’m impressed they’re still open, obviously there’s employee shortages and such but having worked in food service for a long time I know that it takes effort to be this bad.
