UberEats ordered a custom sushi burrito along with some other stuff - barely any salmon and tuna added to the burrito and the chunks that were added had discoloration. The rice to filling ratio was INSANE - way too much rice compared to the other stuff that was added. I asked for sauce on the side and did not recieve that so overall, the burrito just tasted salty. I couldn't finish the burrito.They didn't have two of the 4 things I ordered. In that case, they should've indicated on the UberEats app that the food item was unavailable instead of writing on my receipt when my food was delivered after I paid. Not satisfied for how expensive the food is.
I placed an online order on Sunday May 29th (4pm). Go to pick up the order, and they are CLOSED! I left a message to not charge me as they were shut down, but I was charged anyways. I keep calling the number but no one ever answers!! Ridiculous. I can understand staffing shortages, but then shutdown your online ordering system. I could see the tickets all printing for orders. Horrible.
Manager was super unprofessional and rude. Being difficult for simple things. Workers did not want to give me extra sauce even when I insisted I would pay. I will not be coming back to this location. Do not recommend.
First and last im going to this place.Bad customer service specially the man acting as maybe supervisor or Manager.Need some customer service training.
Unfortunately my order was delivered to the wrong place the first time around, but was corrected relatively quickly. Overall, I was satisfied with the flavors but unfortunately the tuna was fatty and had an unpleasant texture. It was also pretty pricey but that’s to be expected in the city.
Ordered the spicy tuna bowl and Hawaiian bowl late around 830/9 from DoorDash. Tasted extremely fishy and was not able to eat it. Had oddly fatty chunks of tuna and smelled odd. Something was off and likely won’t be returning.
Food good, place looks clean, service fast. You have the same guy working line and online orders, he’s fast and makes orders accurate. You do need a better system for online order pickups. Unsure if there have been thefts in the past? Fully expect to walk in and walk out with my online order quickly, as most businesses have a shelf for the completed online orders.

Food is reasonable but not great. The problem is the price for the quality. Went for lunch got some basic toppings that I would not expect to be extra, like cilantro and jalapeños. I won’t told anything was extra.Got to the register and my jaw dropped when they asked for $19. No drink, no frills. $19.I can’t justify that for a basic lunch.
I feel bad for the manager and staff but this location is awful. They clearly need to hire more staff but usually only have one person on the line and take about 15-30 minutes to do an order. They are trying but I’d only go here if I have half an hour to spare dissociating while staring at fish.
