Good place to try for lunch.Location is excellent, service was friendly and quick.Food was good. For me it's one of those places you like to try but not sure if you want to go back, but not deleting it from the list. The best dish was the burrata ravioli, different and smooth.Shrimp scampi, was ok.Pasta boscaiola was ok.Pesto was good, fresh and tasty.Might be back.

It's a 4 star for the truffle ravioli, amazing. Burrata starter was also nice. Everything else was okay (we tried it all as a big group). The seating inside was too noisy to hear anything.

Best pizza in town. You should try cremini with shrimp.it is grilled vegetables and grilled mozzarella. You can combine with your choice of meat. I would recommend shrimp. Great place in the center. Very good stop for lunch.

One of our favorite gems in Boston. We visit annually and are never disappointed with the food or service. The best part of Piattini is the patio. First come, first-seated, so plan accordingly.Alcohol-free options include a "zero proof" section on the drink menu. The seasonal passion fruit "nojito" was extraordinary!

The gluten-free penne (sadly, the only gluten-free pasta every single restaurant offers, if they offer GF at all) and being open on a Monday evening was the draw, but my wife loved her Fusilli Pesto as much as I loved the GF Penne Scampi pasta, wonderfully garlicky. The Cavolfiore cauliflower appetizer was a real hit, too. Was the added 2% to the bill for "Kitchen Appreciation" the reason service was so good? It was worth it.

We ordered lobster ravioli, shrimp scampi and burrata. Great experience! The service is quick and friendly, the patio seating is very nice and chill.

Delicious Italian restaurant, one of the best I’ve tried in Boston. Not excessively expensive, large (both in space and portions) and nice staff. Highly recommended!

Shrimp scampi and spinach gnocchi were excellent. Wine and beer selections too. Great afternoon stop on a breezy afternoon.

Good ravioli - the lobster filling was tasty. The quantity was enough but could have been a little more.If you’re looking for authentic Italian food, this is American Italian food.

The bread was by far the best part of the meal. Chewy and fluffy and delicious. It was disappointing that a second bread basket cost extra. Everything else was alright. My pesto pasta was under seasoned and the meatball on top looked like uncooked brains. It wasn’t tasty. My friend got the vegan impossible ravioli and he liked it. I got the arugula cranberry goat cheese salad which was fairly well done. The candied nuts on it were delicious and just the right amount of sweet. The shrimp didn’t quite go with the dish but they were well seasoned. I probably won’t return as nothing was stellar but overall it wasn’t a bad experience.
