Biked here and needed breakfast. The Vietnamese style coffee was great (a big personal favorite of mine), and we got two crepes that were well cooked. It was very busy, and difficult to find a seat but luckily some people noticed us holding our food and were finished so they moved so we could sit down. It's a little off the main strip near some other restaurants, but I think it offers better cuisine than the strip which is mostly chains. Support local business and try this place out!
First time go-er and I loved the small, cozy atmosphere. I had the iced matcha latte and their chicken rice bowl. So delicious! The staff was super attentive and friendly. Will be coming back during my lunch breaks :)
I love their iced lavender latte and milk oolong tea. They have a strong and rich flavor. The drinks are a little small for the price, but considering the location and the pandemic, it's acceptable. Bahn mi is well made, and I heard from my friend that the pork rice bowl is tasty. Service is consistently good.Only downside is that it's small and there is usually a handful of students who occupy the available tables if you don't get there early, so it's not the best coffee shop to visit if you want to get work done.
I love this little cafe. The Vietnamese coffee is amazing! I tried the lavender syrup yesterday for a change and I highly recommend that too. The Banh mi is very authentic (okay, granted, I'm not Vietnamese but have traveled to Vietnam and have a real appreciation for their delicious food).Next time I want to try out their sweet options!
Good Vietnamese style coffee, nice inside, and excellent pesto buns. You can ask for the sweetness of your coffee to be adjusted (note that this Vietnamese style coffee is very sweet). I really hope that the place will introduce real cups (instead of paper cups) in the future. Overall the owners & team seem super welcoming and reactive to requests!
Atmosphere is great. Very cute place and well decorated and designed. Had the Ube milk which was very pretty to look at and take pictures of, but the Ube flavor did not come out very much. Also had the lemongrass beef banh mi which was underwhelming in terms of flavor. The bread was nice and crispy though I thought the ratio of fillings and bread was in favor of bread. The pickled veggies were not consistent with size and therefore had chunks of carrot that was basically raw. Would recommend for the drinks and crepes but maybe another spot for the banh mi.
Loveeee their bahn mis. The best I’ve had in the city so far. Especially love the bbq pork and crispy shrimp. Matcha and cream is a great drink along with their americano. And of course, love the ambience of the outdoor dining on Peterborough St amongst all the other fast casual spots.
Came on a busy Sunday. Great service. Yummy crepes. Delicious ube-taro coffee.
The most authentic banh mi we have ever tried in Boston and the store owner is superstar cooolll.
They have their special custom pretty prints coffee paper cup which makes it difference from other coffee places. Also their bar table is a very comfortable level for sitting and using computer.
