Of course I found this place on my last day in Boston ? Well, it was partially because it closes at 2. What a hidden gem! I decided to try it for lunch. I walked in just before a rush, apparently the locals already know what's up. The staff was friendly and offered to assist with any questions. The menu is on a couple of chalk boards hanging up giving the restaurant a real lunch counter feel. This restaurant has no frills, but the food is good. I decided on the seafood platter, this included haddock, scallops and shrimp all fried and opted for sweet potato fries and mixed vegetables instead of regular fries and coleslaw. It was a lot of food and the most reasonable amount I've paid for food my entire stay in Boston. If you're close, give it a try my food was awesome and too much for me to finish in one sitting.
Absolute hidden gem. Came here for breakfast and we ended up wanting to try everything as it looked so good. Amazing prices, staff super helpful and friendly. The breakfast burrito and French roast were really good. Proper workies cafe where the locals go and its worth heading off the beaten track for it. Just wish we found it before our last day in Boston!
Great lunch spot near the Hampton Inn. Really enjoyed the fish and chips.
This little place is tucked away in what looks like a loading dock.The food & service are excellent.We had a wonderful breakfast & it was ready real fast. The pizza looked & smelled amazing too.

This place never disappoints! Any time I'm in town, make it a point to stop in for anything off the Specials. Habanero wings last time, Cubano Sub this time... always so good!
This place is a gem! The staff were great. The food service was fast, and delicious. The only downside is it was a little hard to find.
I was redress from the special board and it was pretty great! The portions are pretty large for one person. If you’re in the mood for some large portion fried food, this is your spot! The staff were very friendly and polite.Has some seating, but I would order and walk to seat by the shore!
Amazing food and service. We ended up coming here because we were looking for something a little out of downtown and this place did not disappoint.
I ordered the Pete Steak Combo. It looks better in pictures than it tasted. Maybe I should have asked for different cheese and gone for the regular steak sandwich without the linquica sausage. Very filling.Unique location and storefront, friendly staff.
