I liked the coffee here. A good place to have a light breakfast. Bagel with egg was nice.
I usually don’t write reviews but…The food and coffee were fine but the service was awful. The baristas were mean and I payed for so much on my sandwich and didn’t even get bacon on my bacon egg and cheese. We were so nice to them and They were mean and unpleasant to us for no reason. :(
Good tasting coffee. It's delicious actually.Cookie was a banger. Super yummy.Only complaint is the bagels are a bit chewy. No real strength when you bite into them. I don't toast bagels so keep that in mind.But overall, nice place. Would def return.
Came here with 5 of us. Food was ok, they messed up a simple order 2 times and forgot an order and then messed that up too. There was maybe 5 people in the whole place so being busy definitely wasn't an excuse.I get rules are rules but telling me to wear a mask at the table in between eating or drinking and that we could only sit for 20 minutes after we paid how much money for breakfast? Now we're just making our own rules up.. just pick any other place in the area and save your time. Yes there are signs that say this in the restaurant but they actively enforce this so i guess if you don't care about this, then try it out. I personally wanted to sit down with my family to enjoy a breakfast without any other interference. Seems like they were more worried about making their customers follow rules then paying attention to the orders they took..Again, food was good, coffee wasn't great. If you don't mind what i said above, then give it a go. Wouldn't come back here though personally.
Why do baristas always think their time is more valuable than the customer? They spend time chatting about their lives and customer incidents instead of making coffee. I had a cafe laite. Not sure if they really added any milk but there was a foam on the top so I suppose so. I couldn't taste it. In any case the base coffee was very good. I usually have it black so it wasn't too disappointing. I consider these places a place to be pampered, because who really needs a $7 coffee? If this is their niche then they should work on their customer service.

Music was awful, staff were slow as, then they messed up the order. Na.

While really appreciate good coffee which it is here the wait was totally unacceptable. I ordered at 946am and finally got my coffee, a latte, at 1007am - 21 minutes later! The area where they are made is too small for the amount of orders taken, started out with 1 batista making 1 order at a time with about 12 orders waiting. Then another batista joined and he seemed completely flusted and they were not working like a well oiled machine. The area where I was waiting was crowded and you could feel people's frustration in the air. I certainly don't go for the production like at Starbucks but there needs to be some adjustment here for a more efficient service
