We had Papi's Stuffed Sopapillas yesterday at Nightshift's 10 year anniversary party. Honestly, they were so delicious I cannot stop thinking about them and I'm tempted to make a fool of myself and beg them for the recipe. We tried the caprese, pork, steak, and chicken. We all agreed the pork was the best, next was the chicken. It has actual pickles in it. So, so , so delicious! I did think they were a little pricey at $13 each, but so completely worth it.

Super yummy food and quick service. Best food truck, will always be my first choice. I always get one savory and one sweet Sopapilla because they are just so good. I only wish that I could get it more since it's only around once a week at most.Unfortunately the website doesn't always seem to be accurate or updated at all times which makes finding this food truck all the more special.
