THEY MESSED UP A SIMPLE ORDER I WANTED A TURKEY AND CHEESE SANDWHICH AND THEY GAVE ME A GRILLED CHEESE, I'M NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT! I'M NOT SATISFIED.

One of the most poorly managed Panera's I have been to! Coffee is always cold, microwave doesn't work properly and there is always puddles of water on the floor in front of the drink fountain dispenser. A serious accident waiting to happen. When manager is asked if coffee is fresh, responds so rudely!
The service is good. But the quality of food is not like it claims.
I call this store " the mystery delivery game show ". Sometimes the coffee comes with the order ( always order sunday mornings between 7-9 ) sometime the coffee does not. The store blames the delivery driver and the delivery driver blames the store. They say we will credit you the coffee.... I am on the coffee subscription !!!!! So it does not matter. Use at your own risk.
I’ve been here a few times to come a get something to go. Today i got a tea to go and Christian so so friendly and personable! Thank you for making my night a little bit better!
My everyday go to place! The almond coffee with Margherita flatbread pizza along with some Greek salad are everyday favourites. It's delicious. The staff is friendly and overall, it's a nice cozy cafe.
They messed up my entire order, and made my food wrong and when I said something about it and showed my recite they gave me an additude.. the manager is always in a bad mood .. I barley come here but whenever I do this place makese feel un welcome .
Ordered online for pickup but instead of having the orders where regular orders are picked up you have to wait in line to get them from behind the registers which is not obvious so I kept waiting for it at the regular pickup window for a long time before they told me I had to wait in line at the front. It is not a convenient location to keep them and does not provide quick pickups if you have to wait to grab it along with everyone else placing regular orders.
Food was excellent but the tables were not bussed or cleaned. There were no napkins and no paper towels in the restrooms which were not clean. Staff was courteous and outgoing. The floor was not clean. Tables were too close for covid.
