Food not great and overpriced. Always hate having to throw half of super size coffee away, but no small option. Dining room is very nice though. Guess they found out people will pay high prices for mediocre food if there is a nice place to sit.
I usually visit Panera Bread to do some work while on the road, so my reviews are generally geared toward that.This is a good location in a very busy place. Adequate number of electrical outlets. Not too much table space for how busy they are, but I'm sure rent isn't cheap in the area.Coffee was well-stocked. Restaurant was clean, but restrooms were locked. I needed a code for the door that I didn't see on my receipt. Not a major issue, but a slight, albeit understandable, inconvenience.I almost always order the egg white and avocado breakfast sandwich, and it was great.I would definitely return to this location.
Good food and service. Comfortable seating and good lighting.
As good as any other Panera bread I’ve been to. Neat, spacious, and good food!
Slow slow slow. Ordered a bagle with cream cheese on their kiosk. They told me I had to order and pay more for the cream cheese. My order also included a scone. They told me I now had to wait in another line to pick it up. Worst Panera I have ever been to.
This is a Panera right down the road from Boston commons. I’m not sure if they switched the bathroom code, but last time I was in there in December 2021, the code to the bathroom was 2021.

The coffee is absolutely horrendous at this location. My only guess is that they don't clean the pots.I was bringing coffee to employees in my building and they actually said they didn't want it! For free!It's really awful. When I gotten it myself and brought it home, I noticed when I dump it out there's almost always chunks of old coffee. Seems like the pots haven't been cleaned in months.
It's a Panera and if you have been to one then you've been to all of them. This is a convenient location in the city. Service was prompt, restaurant was clean and it wasn't very busy at the time I was there.
This location is great for a break walking around the city but the strawberries are rotten and lettuce wilted. The cc machine is touchy too.
