Food was good, service was horrible. Not sure what’s happening at Pf Chang in Boston but it’s not good.
Restaurant was dirty. Staff were eating at the bar and very loud in the kitchen just goofing off. Bathrooms were dirty and almost out of toilet paper (they had just opened). Our server was good but took him a while to make the first visit. Sweet and sour chicken had very little to no flavor. Only gave the three stars instead of two because of server.
My family and I ordered take out at PF Chang 8 Park Plaza , Boston, MA. My family came from out of town to visit earlier this month. We ordered take out for the first time from there. There was missing food, had to take food from one dish to put to the other. I ordered ribs. There were no sauce on them at all. dry, unseasoned and tuff. The Spring rolls so greasy and tasteless. To make matters worse there was a maggot (fly Lava) underneath the vegetable dish under the carrot of one family member's dish. The youngest family member that ate the vegetable dish got very sick for several hours. She ate the most. We all got sick and I'm still feeling the after affects. If you enlarge it you will see it. Also found a brown bug in the sink the next day from where I poured the liquid off the ribs. I threw the bug out don't have that pick. We are traumatized.
First time here at P.F Changs and let me tell you Diana our waiter couldn’t be more awesome she made us feel so welcome she was very attentive and warm person amazing personality simply the best! The food was amazing, great atmosphere thank you Diana for everything we love this place and we wil definitely come back.
The food was amazing! I had the pleasure of having Hannah (server) who was very helpful and friendly when detailing our options for plates/substitutes and Jaslyn (manager) who came to our table twice to ensure we were provided exceptional customer service. This was very professional and polite!!! It was a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend this location and you’re lucky if you get Hannah! These ladies are great!
Major problem at entry with hostess insisting upon seating us at cold table near door while the restaurant was half empty. It took the manager to intervene and get us seated properly. After that, service and food were fine. Restaurant often has had problems finding our Open Table reservations which somehow must be handled differently from its other reservations. Open Table should look into this situation!
Enjoyed a pre-theatre lunch with my friend. Our server Abbey was so friendly and efficient. The food was very tasty and service was excellent. I really liked the new décor at this location. The colors are vibrant and make the place look lovely.
The service was surprisingly poor having eaten at this restaurant in the past. We ordered an appetizer, 1 main course, and a dessert. 1. One napkin holding the silverware had a pair of chopsticks with no paper wrapper, the other was in a paper wrapper. The appetizer was a little slow coming out. The next problem was that the main course came out as were eating the appetizer. We sent it back and talked to the manager expressing our concern when the main course was brought out again it might of cooled off. He did come over after some time and was not very sympatric. However he did say he would resubmit the main course so it came out hot. Waitress never came over during the meal to check on us to see if we needed anything. I was disappointed in the service this time. But would go back since previous times the service as very good.
