They are so rude , and seem bothered when u ask them whats what in the trays of food , its obvious if u ask that means u don't know or maybe in my case only eaten Jamaican food a.couple times ,Things that I notice about how they treat theclients while I'm in line or ordering1) u don't get greeted, no one does2) attitude or seem upset all the time .3) never see them smile when u order4) u feel rushed when ur ordering, you can notice it by their body movements and facial expressions5) NEVER. EVER , EVER A THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE DAY EVEN AFTER YOU SAY THANK U...besides all that all the meat is great and the home made carrot juice? attitude needs to change , is clients are the ones who pay ur bills .
I ask for 2 dumplings but they didnt give me dumplings at all and they took the customer in line first before me and i was in line first but the food was good
I bought an oxtail plate 22 dollarz and my friends and I don't even think we're oxtails !my Jamaican friend thinks they were bulls tails hardly any meat on them and so small! I was so mad that much money! The only one huh! Go to the Right taste restaurant in Mattapan soooooo much better!!!!
The service everyone has attitudes. They serve very small portions of food.the prices are robbery. Very high even a small 5 dollars more than other places. I wouldn't recommendAnyone to this place. Try Taste of eden down the street the best in town!!P.sBrown stew at country kitchen is $8 at only one its $13 and country kitchen fills the whole plate literally. Have a nice day. Do better!
I went here about a month ago when I first moved to Boston from NY and the food had no flavor. The portion sizes were decent but still it was more expensive than I’m used to. Likely won’t return.

I was in town wanted some authentic Jamaican food. The server the older man was nice but the food was horrible. I preferred oxtails and it literally taste and looked like they cooked oxtails and threw beef gravy over it. No seasoning I instantly threw it out after one bite. I wouldn’t recommend.

Loved the food. Hated the unseasoned cabbage. I had the jerk chicken which I really enjoyed. Rice and beans also very good.
Oh my gosh!!!! The food is domb.... rice and peas and curry chicken my favorite.
