Only review braised beef.The bread and braised beef are delicious. Spacious parking. Prices are not cheap.

Good sandwiches made quickly, decent smoothies, some specialty groceries and prepared foods. Not for tourists, very local and no frills
Price are too high here. I tried to eat in and food quality very bad with same price when you’re dining real restaurants. Do not recommend to order from the menu. Specifically, Banh Mi isn’t good at all.
... always did like this spot. Other Vietnamese restaurants have bigger reps. & renown than Nhu' Lan, but I prefer the cooks' hands here in making from bahn mi to the dishes on the line. Intensely flavorful, fresh, and varied, folks here serve you with a smile & bright personalities.
I usually come here for Banh Mi and banh uot. Their vietnamese coffee is great as well. They got a parking lot ?
Very rude servers! Didn't have any honor for guest and very disoriented orders. Not watching for guest who is in line next. Not very friendly helpful service. The foods also not new as it looks, very cold and tastes like over night food. Will not going back to this place and don't even recommend to anyone, unless you're an easy food consuming.
Got the steak tips and they were the worst I have probably ever had. Asked for medium rare and they they were chewy to the point of being inedible. Ordered them as take out and the fries that came with them were completely soggy from sautéed vegetables. Don’t know how sautéed vegetables can provide so much liquid though.
Everything seems to be fine, but there are some staff that needs to observe but still good customer service!!
Disgusting food. very unsanitary. i ordered a avocado smoothie and it was a brownish green. didnt taste like avacado. the boba was rubberish AND NOT SWEET AT ALL WASTE OF MONEY
