Aric!!! This place is great, Aric (hope I’m spelling that correctly) is such a gem! Thanks for all your help Aric, so positive and kind! Best part of my Sunday was the nespresso store. They are super attentive to detail and knowledgeable, 10 stars.
Do not order any coffee PODS online. If you cannot drive to their physical stores then you are better off not buying their product.I placed an order for the Coffee PODs on Nespresso website (see order proof).To my surprise no coffee pods never came for 10 days, nor was i notified that there is a delay in shipment.Upon contacting customer support chat service (see image1) i was told they do not know when the coffee PODS will be shipped, but acknowledge an issue with the shipping carrier.They offered to cancel my order and create a new one, which i declined as I did not want to repeat the same experiment and expect a different result.I asked the customer rep how can I return the machine as its pointless to have a coffee machine without a supply of coffee PODs, to which customer support agreedand generated a label (See image3). When i posted my complaint on Twitter with Nespresso handle i was told i cannot return my machine as its more than 30 days.The Nespresso organization clearly does not a relaible order shipment platform, nor is it proactively monitoring orders that are delayed and it does not care whethercustomers are left holding a machine that cannot produce coffee.
The boutique in Boston is not bad. So giving one star above the worst possible one I can give. We bought silver Virtuo Plus. It broke in two weeks. And yes, we went everything by the manual to try fix and clean, and it just wouldn’t work. There is a ton of reviews talking about Virtuo Plus but we thought THOSE people just had bad luck. Nope. It’s the machine. This is how we know. We used the warrantee and on the first run, they sent us an empty box. We thought it was for us to send in our machine, but wait.. we already sent it in. We confirmed that it was their mistake to send us the empty box. Second, they sent in a black Virtuo Plus that clearly has been used and also not working. Sent it back and received another black Virtuo Plus that has coffee stain. I am not paranoid and I don’t think we are a target of some conspiracy. The conclusion is that this seems to be a pattern. I believe the company is catching up to what they’re making is unusable and they’re not making it anymore - hence not able to send us the new one. Store is fine, the workers are fine, just avoid buying Virtuo Plus.
This place is and was fantastic!! Nour spent more time helping me find the right coffee and combos for me and the family.She also gave me the information on all the different machines and how they worked, to make sure we had the right one!!The service was amazingly awesome!!Thank you Nour!!!
Line outside waiting for it to open, people are inside people inside not responding to knocks. Horrible service. Regretting buying machine
I went here only because I absolutely had to, the employee working the counter was both rude and unhelpful. If this wasn't for a Xmas gift I would have just walked out of the store. This store is in serious need of better help.
Save time and headache, just order online. Completely backwards process for buying in store. Waited in line for over an hour, line wasn’t even very long, they just take forever to serve each customer. Doing coffee tastings for people while at the register, just taking their sweet time, absolutely no regard for anyone waiting in line.They need a separate station for people doing tastings and browsing coffees before they actually get in line at the register, like 99% of retail stores have done for all of time.When we got to the front of the line, we already had the products we needed in hand (2 sleeves of pods), just tried to check out quick and easy, and the cashier kept pushing us to buy 10+ sleeves and try a tasting and push extra seasonal products. Had to say 4 different times “no thanks, just need these”. Way too extra.EDIT: not ultimately a big deal, but a little cherry on top was charging us for a bag when we didn’t take one/need one/ask for one

Came to load up for the weekend because my family is visiting from out of town and they're huge coffee drinkers!!What a great this store this is! The store is nice and clean, they even have a barista bar for you to order Nespresso drinks! Very easily accessible by train so it makes stopping by easy peasy!!
