Seafood Asian Fusion Tapas/Small Plates

Fantastic location in Boston Seaport. Parking is available across the street for about $18 after 5:00 p.m.The food is unspectacular. The blue crab fried rice is pretty boring/bland unless you put the chili sauce on there. In this dish, the condiments were actually the most entertaining part of the dish. For $48, you can make the same dish with a can of quality crab meat rice and cilantro for about $3/personFried oyster tacos were ridiculous..... Of scoop of plain white rice with a breaded and deep fried oyster and whatever that green wrapper was. Useless. The scallops were also boring.I had heard nothing but cool things about this place. In the end I felt like I ate a lot of rice. Maybe they're working to save their margins but the plates are pretty expensive. The flavors not bold enough to impressGo to Legal's around the corner after you leave so you feel like you've had something to eat.

Great dinner spot in Seaport with delicious food, excellent service, & lovely ambiance. Our server Robert was friendly & professional. He gave us great recommendations on the menu ?My favorites were the Japanese Fried Chicken & the Hamachi Crudo - must try! ?The charcoal prawn & blue crab fried rice are also great options.Overall a lovely dinner experience

Great Asian fusion! A really fun and attentive server named Rob. The food went from very good to outstanding. Scallops, hamachi crudo, Vietnamese beef tataki, and Japanese fried chicken were outstanding, and the bao buns with pork belly, shiso hand rolls, Japanese tempura oyster tacos, and Thai sausage lettuce wraps very good. Cocktails are more variable, with the Tequila Mockingbird overwhelmed by a rosemary infusion that was anything but subtle. The Teach Me Dougie with mezcal, grapefruit and chili however was excellent. Seems like sticking with the tapas is the way to go contrasting our experience with some of the underwhelming reviews. Definitely on the expensive side which can cause either cognitive dissonance and great reviews or resentment and negative reviews. If you look at a menu and see something that seems ridiculously expensive (e.g. Peking Duck), then you’re sure to be disappointed. I, for one am a fan, and would return if in Boston again.

Went there last week. Service was good. We were late but they seated us right away. The seating area we reserved (low table) was loud af and our neighbors were yelling (w/o mask), so we asked for a quieter place and were kindly reseated at the chef’s bar. Food was good but a bit too salty. However none of the staffs were wearing a mask. Not even the chefs.Update: apparently masking is not a thing here anymore, in that case this place’d deserve a 4

I had a great dinner at Nautilus with my roommates and it’s definitely a place I would like to visit again. The cocktails, food, and service were are all excellent. I think my favorite item was the Peking Duck. It was pretty expensive, but split three ways it was manageable. Regardless of price the flavor was excellent and large groups should definitely order and split this dish.

The restaurant is family styled so they recommended 2-3 dishes per person (small plates around 20ish dollars, large plates around (30ish). The majority of the food is obviously Asian inspired and with the price of everything, I'm a little disappointed. My partner and I got the japanese hamachi crudo, blue crab fried rice, black pepper pork riblets, arctic char hand rolls, and the spoon tuna chips & dips. The highlight of our dinner was definitely the japanese hamachi crudo - 10/10. I would love to have that dish again. The arctic char hand rolls were definitely the most disappointing part of the meal as there wasn't much flavor to it at all.The pork riblets were mediocre, but I had a high bar because it's Vietnamese inspired and it's one of my favorite dishes. It has a different flavor profile that I'm not familiar with so it wasn't personally my favorite but I can imagine someone else enjoying it.The spoon tuna chips & dips was my partner's favorite dish behind the crudo and I loved that they used puffy shrimp chips. The blue crab fried rice was also okay in my opinion. It's exactly what it sounds like. Didn't blow my mind. After all of this, we weren't completely full, but we were satisifed with the amount of food. The service was okay, nothing too special.Overall, I don't think we would come back. I think you're better off going to a hole in the wall for some of the dishes just because of the price and quality. However, I do see the appeal in their story and theme. It's just not for me.

For the price it’s not worth it. Their drinks is bad! Overrated place. Everything we ordered was salty. From Brussels, to octopus, and even the duck. The only thing good was the blue crab fried rice. First off the duck skin needs be crispy. This wasn’t even crispy it was soggy. And very salty. Everything we ordered was salty beside the rice. Would we go back I doubt it. We waited forever to finally come because they’re always booked. When we finally came we were disappointed.

Great food, drinks, vibe, and service! Would def recommend checking out!

Incredible experience and amazing food. Highly recommend. The cocktails, Japanese fried chicken and blue crab fried rice were excellent. You HAVE to get the nauti duck - it's life changing. A+ establishment through and through.

Great small plates with a seafood twist! The scallops were perfectly cooked, good use of tangy yogurt in a lot of the dishes, and the crab fried rice was an excellent finish to the meal.
