Excellent! Had the lamb on yellow rice with spicy chickpeas. And a couple of nice sauce’s. Highly recommend!! Mo is a great guy. ?12.50 for a huge portion. Wife had chicken Princess and liked it but said lamb was better.
My extremely picky, introverted teenager picked this restaurant for lunch on day one of our 2 day stay in Boston. He ordered the Prince and was so blown away by how good the food was, he independently went back to the stall to tell them how delicious the food was. It opened his palate to flavors of harissa and jalapeño, that he previously avoided. Long story short, we had to go back for another Prince before our flight the next day. The only thing that could match the quality and portions would be the impeccable service!
This is probably my FAVORITE place in the Boston public market. You get great portions for a good price with great customer service. I come here almost everyday on my lunch break at work. My break is only 30 mins and I still am able to get a quality meal ,fast and enjoy it with a short amount of time. I get sweet lamb, yellow rice with corn & a few mixes of sauces and its perfection!! The guy that works there is real inviting too, if you're not familiar with the cuisine, he does a great Job suggesting things to you. Love him. He's awesome. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone that comes in here. 10 ?
I'm editing my review to put more than just stars. This place is bonkers good. The lamb is so tender and delicious, it's like a slow roast. The sauces are great, and the wombo combo of everything mixed in with the bowls are wonderful. The dude who runs the place also makes you feel like a regular on your 1st trip in. This place is so delicious - we each got something different and it was all so good! Perfect amount of spice, fresh vegetables, excellent sauces, perfectly cooked meat - I could go on for days.
Came here for the excellent reviews trying to avoid tourist traps in Quincy Market and we found an amazing place to eat with a friendly and helpful owner. The food he recommended tasted amazing, it was very filling and inexpensive. Exceeded my already high expectations.
Best lunch spot in Boston hands down. Plus the owner is really friendly and helpful if you haven’t been before. If you are in the area and aren’t going here regularly, you are missing out.
I would give Mo'Rockin Fusion 7 stars if I could (+1 for truly incredible food and +1 for Morad's hospitality). This is the best thing I’ve eaten in Boston to date. I get the bowl with yellow rice, lamb, beets, chickpeas, garlic sauce, and spicy tomato sauce. The flavors are perfect and a welcome change to the rest of the food in the North End. There is a reason every review is 5 stars— Morad is an artist and takes really good care of building a meal personalized for you. If you are looking to have something new and delicious, this is your spot.
This place is seriously the best. If you haven’t been here yet you absolutely have to try it. I try to go once a week for lunch. I get the sweet lamb with the jalapeño chic peas… It is hands down my favorite lunch meal. At this point I think I’m fully addicted.
Excellent service, the guy asked what we liked and made incredibly helpful suggestions. The lamb was cooked to perfection, and the sauces were incredibly on point! Will be returning very soon!
