Excellent restaurant, amazing food and superb service. Highly recommended.
Took myself out for my birthday and had a very nice time. The wait staff were very friendly and personable. They made my birthday super enjoyable. The food was excellent as well. A lot of flavorful dishes and the presentation was very nice as well.
Wonderful experience - pricey, but the food was cooked to perfection (seared foie gras, duck and more). Friendly, very attentive staff - a great place to go for a special celebration.
The temperature in the restaurant was uncomfortably warm. Makes for a less than superb dining experience.
Great food and service but over priced
Great first time experience. Service was prompt & attentive. Great wine list and the wait staff really knew their food/ prep/ ingredients/ pairings (RARE these days). We enjoyed the mussels, crab ravioli, dover sole and duck (the risotto with the duck requires a special shout out). My only regret is that we ate so much we didn't have room for dessert. 100% recommend and will go back.
Really delightful. Ate lots of delicious bread! Great ambience where anyone feels welcome in a wide range of situations. Pizza is an interesting grilled pizza. Not what I would opt for on menu. Foie gras was good â artful and great balance with the duck. All the sauces were delectable and made you want to keep dipping bread. Fish was broken on plating and veal slightly overdone, but we were stuffed, satisfied, and sadly unable to order dessert. Great drinks but expensive and filling. Wait staff was amazing. Girls didnât eat much but the cheese off their pizza and very kind to wrap it up and make sure everything was saved. I know theyâll be late night snacking or eating it on the plane tomorrow, and I appreciate that care. Very much recommend you visit!
Definitely among the best restaurants in Boston. Foie Grass Terrine and Carpaccio were outstanding. The Duck was excellent. The seating height relative to the table in the lounge area is awkward. It's generally pricy, but the markup for the wines in particular is a bit too aggressive. Still, for us it's among the very best restaurants in Boston.
Been dining at mistral for over 20 yearsâ¦.still as exceptional as it was the first time we went.
Had a lovely dinner on a Wednesday night. Food, drink and staff were all excellent
