It was aight considering it's in the direct center of Massachusetts worst most dangerous area by far... everyone still comes to work e everyday and still tries to make a living so 3 stars for that alone.
This McDonald’s is not open 24 hours. There is a massive amount of homeless people right in front of the divorce of this McDonald’s. I showed up at 8 PM at this McDonald’s and I was trying to just get something to eat. The doors were locked, there were people inside, a security guy was inside, but they did not let anybody in.The main problem is the homeless situation in front of the building. Several police cars are around this area 24/7. It’s a bad area!I would say just stay away from this place and the entire area.
Went there for breakfast, seen alot customers upset with orders, sitting area closed due to highly populated homeless in the area. Its so bad security helps with orders and touch food when they shouldn't due to not cleaning hand or wearing gloves.. Then recieved my food burnt even waiting 12 mins for. This place will stay open due to value never service
Really unsafe drive through, lots of people knocking on windows to ask for food or money. They were looking thru our windows and pretty aggressive. Next door, the ambulance and police were quickly dealing with something at the gas station. Food was okay... Employees were friendly. I've never felt unsafe in a drive through before though.
Took my order. Charged my card. Then totally forgot about my order and would not give me my food without charging me again.I showed them the transaction on my bank app. They still would not give me my food. I left.
Very slow. Employees not wearing uniform, nor gloves!!! Don’t know what iced coffee is, asks me what kind of coffee is iced coffee.
I waited a whole HOUR in drive through for food. They have two lane and we were unfortunate enough to get stuck in the inside lane.As far as the food, lets just say I was sick the next morning.
