Dont go there bad service incomplete order I ask for the rest of the order they said you better check I did. Very unprofessional place not clean either no maintenance in that place
This store is a mess with a lot of trash all over the dining area and staff area. I did a mobile order and ordered 2x 20 piece nuggets and it gave me a option to get 6 sauce and they didn’t gave me any when I picked up order. I check and there was none and ask them for 6 sauce and they gave me 2 sauce and act like I’m trying to steal sauce. I’m a paying customer and I should get what I ordered not get treated like a thief because they didn’t gave me any sauce that I place with my order.
Did a mobile order today morning. Waited 50 min after order was place and received confirmation that was getting ready at 7:21am. They were really rude to me telling me that the order was not there. When show them the address and order review she went back and found it. After waiting 20 min? She continue doing other orders until 7:52am thats when she did my order. If you can’t do the mobile orders please don’t have that option for customer because it a waste of time. Do not recommend anyone to come to this McDonald's lack of professionalism.
No signage mandating masks. They let me wait in line for minutes until I got to the register, then told me I needed to pull my shirt over my face. No thanks. I’ll go to one of the surrounding towns. Thank Mayor Wu for the loss of business.
Worst experience with the cashier, the cashier told me that I had to were a mask but then I saw 3 other people get served. It was outrageous that somebody would do that.
This McDonald's on Gallivan Blvd. was great. Glad to see they asked customers not wearing a mask to leave - made me feel safe. My hotcakes and sausage were on point. Haven't had it in a while as I always think about it after breakfast hours.
I usually receive good customer service. This visit was not a reflection of that as the staff seemed disorganized, messing up people's orders and staff yelling at one another the Sunday evening shift needs to do better. My rating is a reflection of my positive experiences previously coupled with my most recent visit.
I'll always give McDonald's 5 stars as long as I can park my car and use the bathroom. I mean its McDonald's. The food is usually what u expect.
Shirley the manager is what makes this place.She is fast and efficient in an otherwise slow service fast food joint.
