Menu is terrific with a lot of variety. Some unique choices. Table was I little sticky. Drinks were good but expensive. Unbelievable bread, definitely old world. We will be back.

Our food was really good but the service was lacking. Our waiter didn’t come to our table until we asked for a waiter and then never checked on us. We sat outside and the weather was beautiful.

The food and service was great! We will definitely be back!

Service - the service was up to the mark, very attentive & patient.Ambience - The atmosphere was pretty chilled out & a huge place to dine. Around 2 floors worth of space, we were seated on the ground floor where it has a nice bar and few tables around it, nothing that stands out.Food - Long lasting menu and plenty of options to choose from. However, once the food arrive, all the dishes tasted good but nothing stood out as a “Wow”moment. The prices are expensive where an average entree would cost around $20-30, when you pay such an amount you expect a WoW moment which certainly lacked.(- )At the start the bread that we received along with the wine was cold.(+) The wine spread they have is really good.

This restaurant is great! Would highly recommend to anyone.

There were 4 of us. Food was excellent. Service was poor. Had wrong meal delivered to one of us so while others ate the other person had to wait for their meal. Had to ask for bread about 3 times. Waiter never came back to the table after meals were served to check if we needed anything. That’s just part of standard service. If it was tremendously busy it could be understood but we were seated in the lower level (which was great because it was nice and cool) but it wasn’t very busy. I would recommend this restaurant because the food was so good but they need to improve their service.

Loved this place! Food was amazing and priced well for the large portion size. We sat outside and really enjoyed it. I'm happy we ignored some of the other comments that made it sound like it was a place to avoid. Definitely recommend!

Food was good and authentic. Service was outstanding

Delicious food and great service! Would definitely recommend.

It was my first time visiting Boston and I was stunned by the reviews of Lucia’s and had to go. Had a bit of trouble making a reservation just to show up to a nearly empty restaurant on a Friday night, that should have been our first sign to leave. Our second sign was the 5 hostesses at the entrance that made it look like we were inconveniencing them by showing up. We ordered chicken parm and penne vodka with meatballs. The bread that comes with the meal was stale. Our pasta needed about 3 cups more sauce and came out way too fast which likely means nothing is made to order. The chicken was rubbery and the meatball was flavorless. The meal itself could be made better with a .99 cent box of pasta. We weren’t even sure who to tip because we had several different people stop at our table. Would not recommend wasting your time and money here regardless of the reviews
