A nice selection of food items. We were very happy to eat breakfast and dinner here, due to needing to be close to Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
Our favorite part is getting to know the staff, especially Artie and Mike!! We've been traveling from Idaho to Boston for medical care on a regular basis for the past two years. We always stay at the Longwood Inn and eat at the Longwood Grille. The atmosphere is great, the food delicious. Love these folks!
Your best best for vegetarian food there is the avocado BLT minus the bacon. That may be the only option. That said, it was really good!Service was good too.

Food was ok. One employee kept walking back and forth staring at our party. Every 6 minutes this guy was walking by. Very uncomfortable feeling.
The best waitstaff we ever have experienced. We have been dining at the Longwood Grille and Bar for the past 20 years. Our son has annual check ups at the Boston Children's Hospital. We stay at the Inn at Longwood during our medical visits. The Longwood Grille and Bar is the logical choice for our meals. The waitstaff, Rollin, Robin,Yves, are simply the most courteous, respectful, polite individuals that take excellent care of our family. The food is excellent. The menu is not overloaded with food choices but what they have is well prepared. We are treated like family there. Highly recommend the Longwood Grille and Bar.
super convenient when at DANA-FARBER. Food is good, the staff is polite and efficient and dinners/breakfasts were quick and reasonably priced
Appetizer was good (mozzarella sticks). Chix parm was also good. Fish and chips were ok but was served with plenty of fries. The Longwood Burger was terrible. Undercooked yet somehow still dry, it was completely tasteless and inedible, hence the reason for the 2 star rating.
