The prices were on the more reasonable side of other restaurants nearby. service was mediocre, our waters werenât filled once even though they were empty at the end of the table. Quality of food was okay, nothing amazing but not bad
This place is fantastic every single time I go. I will always order my takeout & pizza from here I just love it so much! Fav pizza is Sylvio, so good & their sandwiches during the lunch hours are to die for too! 10/10 recommend
Having been to the North end many times this was our first visit to the Locale but it won't be our last. This is a hidden gem among many along Hanover Street. We had a Caesar salad large enough to share (thanks to a tip from our server), the eggplant rollatini app was larger than some dinner portions I’ve had and cooked perfectly. The cacao e pepe pizza was very good – would have liked a crispier crust but good none the less. The Rose wine was the best I’ve had anywhere not what you would expect from a local pizza joint. It is defiantly worth going to.
We are new to the Boston area and were looking for Neapolitan style pizza and we found it! We ordered both the Rocco and the mushroom pizza and we enjoyed every bite. We'll definitely be back!

My wife and I visited here back in October - stumbling upon it as we were looking for somewhere to eat later in the evening. From the second we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and loved every second. We kept saying at dinner, "I'm so glad we ended up here." People were great. Pizza was fantastic. Atmosphere was incredible. Can't wait to go back.
Locale was my first Boston food experience. We walked a few blocks from our hotel on a Saturday afternoon. We ordered a pizza and the meatball appetizer. Amazing! So delicious and great service!

My wife and I have been to Locale on numerous occasions. We have never been disappointed, the food is always great, the wait staff is friendly and on top of everything. I couldn’t recommend one thing, but I can say everything I’ve had is phenomenal!!!! The pizza is great, the salads are incredible, the wine selection is on point and the owner, Jen, makes you feel at home!!! If you’re looking for good food, friendly atmosphere and comfortable, this is the place !!!!
