The food was amazing! Some of the most moist fried chicken I've had from a Haitian restaurant. Let's not even get started on how tasty the sos pwa was ? My fiancé stated the customer service was not the best though.
It’s really a great place to buy Haitian food in Boston and the food are very tasteful.
Ima very disappointed, these people are so unprofessional no customer service. I called and place an order, they call me to let me know the food was ready, and 5 minutes later they called back telling me the food is sold out.
The food is exquisite! I usually call before I arrived and asked them to give me what ever is fresh, and they never disappoint me. Your money spend here us well worth it.
These people are extremely unprofessional. Their phones never work. Simple orders take 45+ mins, and they give out your order to other customers; that’s simply unacceptable. You run a business, do it properly or don’t do it at all!!!
Bad customer service all around, I’ve been coming here for years and always overlooked the tardiness of food or some customer service. However today was the worst yet, arrived to find that our found was given away and they kept coming with excuses and it escalated to the lady’s son (Reggie I believe his name is) trying to go back and forth and making distasteful jokes and wanting to debate vocabulary.

Food was ok! but communicating with them is difficult. They don't ask questions to find out what would be good food selection for customers.
The food is great but the customer service is not the best. I ordered 30 minutes ahead and it still wasn't ready when I got there.
