Food is always great, but I just can’t imagine what takes them soo long to prepare plates. Calling ahead doesn’t even work. Is the food not prepared in large batches already?

Meh.The food is not terrible. The wait can be long sometimes, but it's also convenient.
Food is awesome well seasoning good portion size meals are price very well. Just be prepared to wait they are a little slow need more help

Lala is a wonderful place to go.the food is very delicious and if you're going to go you might as well go on a Sunday the soup de jour it's wow amazing and get some pikliz that's if you like spicy things
waste of money and time ?? The only thing edible was the white rice.
