We ordered the eight-piece meal bucket with mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw on the side. We got the world’s worst mac and cheese instead of the requested potatoes, and the fried chicken must have come from a very scrawny bird. Extremely small and mushy. We wanted the mashed potatoes and gravy more than anything else, and do not discover the error until we got home with the order. I will never order here again.

This was my 3rd time, & I’m fed up with their horrible customer service. Everytime I ordered from there, the order was always messed up or the food was undercooked. I had gotten double charged for one order & didn’t receive two items I had ordered from there. When I came back with my father to get the receipt & a refund . We were dismissed by one of the “managers” she yelled at us & denied us a refund despite their numerous mistakes.

They denied me access to the restroom, as a paying customer.They had a sign saying it was "out of order" but I know it was working because I saw employee's friend ask to use it, but not me.It was an emergency and no amount of begging made them change their minds. I ended up having to beg the 7/11 across the street. Never coming back.

Place closes at 11. I come by at 10:05 ish to grab some food and I’m told online orders only. Ok, no problem. I pull off to the side and go to the KFC website to order pickup. It says they’re closed so I go back to the speaker and ask if there’s a specific service to use or if I could just order through her. She said try UberEats. Cool. Not a problem… except all the ordering services say it’s closed and I can only place an order for tomorrow. I wasted like 15 min trying to get food to no avail.

Came in at 9:30pm yesterday (they close at 10) door was locked and I couldn't order. Went to both doors and the drive through window and was ignored. Too bad, I really wanted some tenders.

Employees (except for the indian dude) are always rude and drive through is always inexplicably cold. Indian dude is the only reason I didn't rate 1 star. Thank you sir.

I’m so sick of this place…. This is the fifth time either something went wrong with my order or they refused to give the DoorDash person my order… How is this place a functioning business??? The Manager of this place should be fired and someone competent should be in charge. I will never recommend this KFC to anyone…

Ordered pick up through Grubhub but there was some mistake in the system so the restaurant didn’t make the food. But instead of helping me locate the order, a staff member Repeatedly, I stress Repeatedly, asked to see my name on the order confirmation page, even when I literally pointed at the name to her. If she just spent one single damn second to look at my phone carefully she would’ve seen the info she’s looking for. Instead, she kept asking “where’s the name? Show me your name!” and gave me attitude when I became annoyed.

Web site didnt work. I went to the store to order $55 worth of chicken. They missplaced mymorder and I waited over 25 minute. They didnt include the sauces for the tenders. I would not go to this store if you can avoid it.
