Do not get their Vietnamese Ice coffee from them. It’s basically milk and they’re not Vietnamese… it’s disrespectful to call it hanoi when they pre-mix the condensed milk. $6 after taxes for milk is what I paid for. Disgusting

Met with an old classmate of mine here for tea. The establishment is beautiful, they have a full menu, staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is perfect for a meeting, studying and other office activities.I would definitely recommend for coffee/tea meetings.

This place is so beautiful inside and they have tons of options. Their soft serve is incredible! I cannot wait to go back. Drinks have always been good and consistent. I know it doesn’t really matter but I love their cups ?

If you're not a member of The ?Pride, then you don't belong here. The staff are young, clueless college students with no life experience, who conduct themselves like they're an authority. The food and coffee is grossly overpriced, customers all miserable, and the cups they use are cheap and flimsy. This place is rubbish.

Terrible service. Repeat my order 3x, still got it wrong when the drink came out. They didn’t add lichee and they were like we need to charge you for it. Typically companies would apologize and fix the order, not make you pay for it. I don’t care about paying the extra $.50, I cared more about the attitude and the way I was treated.

The food is Great! It's my first time here! I love the CLEAN and MODERN feel of this restaurant café! The employees are very Nice.

Great selection of coffees, shakes, chai's and other caffeinated and non caffeinated drinks alike with an assortment of delectable mini desserts for sides. The ambience is cozy and creative with a selection of books to pick from if you are looking for company. It's not uncommon to find artists, designers or other creative professionals here, working solo or having group meetings. The drinks and food are surprisingly tasty and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is also very accessible and is open most of the time yet the space never gets too crowded. As a coffee enthusiast i would sincerely recommend this place to my coffee shop dwelling brethren.Definitely worth checking out!

Worst breakfast sandwich ever! I paid extra to put avocado and the avocado was disgusting and bad. Bagel was not toasted, the eggs was boiled and sliced. This was the first time I try any food from here and it will definitely be the last!

Flavors are kinda meh, lots of sugar. Prices are very high. Not sure if it is affiliated with the two other Jaho's in Boston. This one is the least nice of all three. Sat outside because inside lighting was so dim (even though it was midday) and had several homeless people approach us.

Great coffee and a great vibe. It catches the feeling of being the neighborhood coffee shop that everyone wants in their neighborhood. I used to drive here to study and enjoy a cappuccino or latte. The coffee here is outstanding. Every single menu item in terms of brewed coffee has been delicious. The food is good and always seems to feel more like home cooked "mom" meals than something at a restaurant. To some that would be a red flag but for me that makes me feel like I found my place . I stop by on a weekly basis whenever I am around the area with work.
