Very good ice creams and milkshakes. Staff very nice ! Highly recommended
Don't go here if you have a gluten allergy. Went to the location near the Longfellow bridge on 4th of July.Asked the server to get a clean scooper for ice cream and the server was totally obnoxious. Rolled her eyes and had attitude. Been eating at JP Licks for years. Not anymore.
JP Licks is convenient and cute, but I always leave vaguely disappointed. My most recent visit, there was trash on the counters and floor, they were out of many menu items with no sign, and employees seemed to go between handing cash and scooping ice cream without gloves or washing their hands. You can't blame the kids working the place, but have to assume higher management is falling down on staffing, training, or other resources for them. All in all, premium prices for 31 Flavors quality.
Coconut almond chips was great, although felt it was a bit pricy for one scoop.
Revolutionized my understanding of ice cream. I would so totally just live here if they allowed me to. Love ice cream love this place.
A short late-morning break on a warm day. Grabbed a couple of cups of ice cream and a lemonade to rest our feet and get a little break from the growing warmth outside. The ice cream was extremely good - dense flavorful and not overly frozen. This is definitely worth a stop if you are in the Beacon Hill area.
Great taste and pocket friendly ?
Rude , unprofessional, disengaged behaviour of the personnel left me in shock . 2 customers in the store and the waiting time was 25 minutes!!!!! Definitely not going there again. Do not recommend it . The croissant was burnt and tea was cold ... but the nasty attitude of the ladies behind the counter was something one never would expect in the cafe or restaurant .

First time here was a total disappointment. The tiny bit of ice cream we got was delicious, but the customer service was AWFUL! We arrived 15 minutes until closing and were told toppings were closed. We were greeted with “attitude” and the overpriced $5+ scoops were ridiculously small which over all left a BAD TASTE in our opinion. So sad that your employees aren’t more willing to accommodate your customers.
