Worst customer service I every had first I enter the store the music was really loud, tried to order food, music was never turned, I had to yell out my order with my mask on. Food looked delicious, but looks are deceiving. Got home my plates were sloppy the steak was dryer than a Boston pot hole. I want to help the local business but not at the price terrible food. I want my money back sorry not sorry.

I ordered a curry Goat, which was watered down and tasteless. I don’t know how they got a 4 star rating. Food was horrible, very disappointing. Also, they don’t s seer the phone at all .

Poor Customer service , and she just threw my food together

A classic in the community but also totally disrespectful in terms of their dishonesty with food availability & pricing. I am an Ital eater & routinely get the same Ital plate, possibly with gravy from seafood on top(cus their rice & pea has NO taste whatsoever, not even a hint of coconut milk). The price of the food is abt $7 online & routinely goes up 1-$3 just depending on who is in front . Also, when ordering thru Uber or Grubhub they routinely keep up multiple meals that are not available. We all know this is a common scenario in West Indian restaurants however waiting until someone has already paid & now has to receive refund over the course of business days thru Uber, KNOWING you don't have a certain meal available is not okay. Now I use Uber/Grubhub simply for convenience, for a faster pick up. Most of the time something is said to be "unavailable" it is still available in store. Additionally, why keep something on the menu when u can easily label it "sold out" on the menu or turn your whole Uber/Grubhub app off because you know you just may not want to sell product through there? This same situation of saying one thing online & having another reality in person, in addition to fluctuating prices, with no explanation, has also happened frequently with my partner with a jumbo shrimp plate. This becomes an issue of false advertisement. There's way too many other Jamaican restaurants in the area that deserve service before this place.Longevity does NOT mean quality.

The food not bad but it taste bland and the oxtails barley have meat on them

just ordered the jerk chicken box and yum yum yummmy great combination

Food use to be good when it was on bowdin stI don't know who are the cooks or who even owns this place anymore but it sucks businesses like this are a waste of space let's make room for those who are passionate about their food crafts I don't recommend this food place to anyone just my opinion.

I had better!! They were really nice tho, but the pattie wasn't baked all the way the dough was awful&they dont complete the plates with cabbage..ect...

The food is phenomenal! I’ve had the rice and peas (with oxtail gravy), beef patties, and chicken patties. Everything was so good I order two weekends back to back. ?

The food used to be good about 10 years ago. Now it's just lazily made and a step above microwaveable food. I think the baked mac is kraft. Also 1 of the women that work the counter is on some kind of power trip. Massachusetts state law dictates that a face covering of cloth or a mask must be worn. She did not like the way in which I wore my face mask and I left immediately. I refuse to give my business to anyone who doesn't understand basic respect and the laws of this country.Customer for more than 10 years. My last time going in there. Would not recommend to anyone going forward.
