The service was great, the two employees there did everything they should and had to, in order to keep the crowd happy and moving. About 20 people waiting in line, maybe more. And they handled it all really well. To the management: Maybe respect your employees more and keep the place staffed better. Even if that means a manager being on shift with them to prepare and get thru the rush hours. They deserve better

Midnight cravings sorted!They have amazing cookies that melt in your mouth. We got cookie sandwich, it was delicious. Warm cookie melted over cold ice cream. Just amazing. Try double chocolate cookie over chocolate ice cream.
Just went to the store near Boston University. The lady working there is beyond rude and obnoxious! She slammed the doors and boxes of cookies and gave us such a bad attItude and said , I have no more cookies and you guys took all of them” we only got 2 boxes of 12…spent $50 for bad customer service….never again.
this store is so bad I walk in on a Tuesday and one of them walks out from behind the counter and pushes me to the ground and shoving his hands in my face making noises. I left and tried to order pickup but they were out of birthday cake cookies

Fantastic Service! I had a online delivery for Valentine’s Day and they didn’t just write the message on the box like I thought they would. They went out of their way and used a card with the message I asked for! Very happy with their service. Thank you Insomnia Cookies!
Literally do not understand why Insomnia advertises itself everywhere as being “open till 3 am” when this location closes at 1 on weeknights. This is obviously not advertised because “fReSh cOoKiEs dElIveReD unTiL 1 aM” does not sound nearly as impressive. Yes, because college students obviously do not feel hungry on weeknights past 1 AM. I’m sure it’s REAL hard to stay open an extra two hours. Or, you know, don’t call your store Insomnia Cookies. Embarrassing.
The cookies are delicious and the workers are great. My biggest complaint is delivery, I've constantly had problems with their delivery. There were points where my order would deliver 3 hours later or ended up never getting delivery. The only reasons why I give 3 stars is because of terrible delivery service.
I love their cookies. Also helps that they're open pretty late. They have everything-cookies, ice creams, brownies and more. It's the real deal. I'd recommend the triple chocolate chunk cookies and their snicker doodles are also good.
