Menu is limited but ambiance cannot be beat. Great summer cocktails too!

I like it’s place. Thank you for your food. Recommend

when I asked for a drink on their menu she looked at me strange like I just made up the drink in my head (she said she was new after I pointed at it in the menu). They brought out bread with oil, and when I asked for butter instead, she said they didn’t have any?.. also asked for coffee and they told me to go inside and order it. order tiramisu, one for the table and one to go and she told us we had to go inside to order to go. Is this even a read restaurant? The food was good, no complaints.

The service was amazing. Very friendly staff and willing to help! We didn't feel rushed and enjoyed a quiet time in the middle of the city. Cacio e Pepe pasta and crushed tomato pasta was excellent! Even the homemade bread to start was delicious!

Our waitress was oblivious and inattentive, bordering on rude. Basically threw down our menus/check in front of us and hardly made eye contact. Pizza and bruschetta were soggy. Pretty sure my ravioli were frozen and reheated because some spots were cold and some very hot. I’ve been to the Eataly in Chicago and the quality there was much higher. Not worth the price.

Beautiful atmosphere. Food was not as expected in taste, price or portion size. We were a bit disappointed since the food is suppose to be authentic Italian. Cool atmosphere for appetizers and drinks.

Highly disappointing for Eataly. Service was terrible. Had to ask for everything - salt, olive oil for dressing salad, parmesan for tomato based ravioli. Pasta was medicocre at best. Oysters and suppli were good. Will not go back to the patio.

The food was really good and the service was very professional and courteous

The table reserved was not in the shade, totally disappointing

Service was awful. The waiter admitted “he didn’t know where our food was” after 40mins of waiting. Kept blaming other people for it (his manager, other wait staff) and didn’t apologize. Food itself was okay, but very small portions. There were definitely a lot of miscommunications within restaurant staff and it was quite frustrating as hungry customers.
