They took a very long time to take our order. Very slow service! The manager sits down to check the phone.
Food was delicious, waiter was great, restaurant was clean.
Coffee was excellent. Food was great. Service a little slow because there was just 1 person working the entire diningroom.
I will preface this by saying we have been coming here occasionally for years and the service has always been average, which is expected for an IHOP. WE DO NOT EXPECT GREAT FOOD OR SERVICE. EXPECTATIONS ARE LOW. But tonight was the absolute worst dining experience we have encountered. Two tables on either side of us were seated after us, yet received their food and paid/left before we even got our food. Three of four people in our group received their food and then a woman who was not our server came by to ask how everything was. It wasn't great because we were missing a meal. When my husband expressed his frustration, she told him he needed to adjust his attitude and walked away. When our server finally came over with the missing meal, we told her we were dissatisfied and she didn't want to hear it, blaming it on a larger party even though all other tables around us were able to order and receive food before us. My husband expressed his frustration again and commented about the other server to which our server said "she's my mom and no way did she say that". Then walked away. We ate and would have paid out of obligation and knowing people need to make a living if our server brought the check. But instead I watched as she sat on the lap of some guy until she finally came over to tell us we didn't have to pay but that my husband better not talk to anyone rudely again, stating it was his fault for having a bad attitude, not theirs for taking an hour and a half to serve a meal. She mentioned working at this IHOP for ten years as if that means she's not capable of providing bad service. We won't come back again.
I honestly don't remember being here or having posted this... all I know is that I left my phone there because the nice waitress helped me charge it. I got my phone back that night but I also tipped her like $50 for no reason. The eggs were still good when I was sober enough to eat them 2 days later.
Of all the Ihops that I have visited, this is the best. Raphael's service exceeded our expectations. The food is served quickly and that is not why it is of poor quality. It tastes very good. Overall excellent service
I was able to get a turkey dinner with potato and vegetable and a large hot chocolate for a reasonable price. The hot chocolate came with a free refill which hit the spot on a cold night. The server, Ujjwal was friendly and efficient.
It is open today 1/29/22 during a blizzard storm!!! And even better than that, the food is delicious ?! Great service.
Came in late night, got us seated right away and waitress was perfectly attentive without being too much. Food came quick and tasted great
Outstanding upscale lunch and dinner spot. Definitely worth your time traveling. Especially on a beautiful sunny day!
