The food was ok loved the lemonade but the Latin employees were just awful and rude !

Love! Love this place! 5 Star gluten friendly meal, it tastes amazing!

The stir fried noodles tasted bad. I would not recommend it especially as an Asian who eats noodles frequently. The manager is friendly and I hope she will find a better opportunity.

We went here because we liked the unique concept of being able to make our own stir fry bowls, however the portions were pretty small and the food itself was just okay. It would be nice if they offered a variety of condiments to adjust the dish to your liking, I was hoping soy sauce and hot sauce would be available.

I understand that inflation has increased the prices of everything, and that Boston is as or pricier than D.C., but I didn't expect my portion size to be as small as it was - especially for $22+.

My grain bowl was ready before I could even walk over! Even during a busy lunch rush. Staff super friendly. Food delicious. Thanks!

Despite their website, Google Maps and Apple Maps all indicating this location was open today, they were closed. I arrived around 11 AM with someone locking the store from doing inventory. I told him how online they are listed as open with his response being, “I have nothing to do with that.” Then when I asked if all the local stores were closed today for inventory he stated, “how am I supposed to know?” He then put on his headphones on and walked away. Very disrespectful encounter despite the usual friendly customer service I receive when I visit this location. I don’t commute into Boston often and this place was always a highlight of my trip.

My Wife loved her dinner last night. And I enjoyed my meal I had for lunch last time I visited.

We went there cause we went to the ICA and wanted to have lunch at Tate nearby but there was a line of 10+ people so we looked for the closest thing nearby for lunch. Here there was no wait and they have these great touchscreens that can place your order, pay with a card right there and then they text you when your order is ready so we didn't even have to wait inside for our food which bothers me these days. The food was great and everything was prepared very fast. The only reason this isn't 5 starts for me is because it's a bit pricey for lunch. I guess they have to price like that because everyone goes nextdoor for lunch, but still it's a bit pricey. But in some aspects worth it. I would go there again.

Very disappointed with my experience here. Upon arriving I asked for my order and I was told it was “the next one” and that I was “coming up.” After waiting for about 20 minutes and coming in multiple times to check again on my order I finally ask them kindly one more time how long it’ll take and they say they haven’t even started it yet and that the order was “scheduled” for over 40 minutes after I arrived which means that if I had never said a word on my second attempt to get some information on my order I would have waited for 40 minutes! I don’t understand communication issues, I can totally comprehend a restaurant being busy, but lies and lack of attention and basic communication skills? If I had been told the truth from the beginning none of this would have happened.
