Sushi rolls were horrible. And expensive. Tasted like they bought them at supermarket and re-played them to serve.

Ordered the Pickle Plate, Sashimi Bowl, and Potato Salad. Food was delicious. The owner or manager came by with a small complimentary sushi roll which was a half portion of a full-sized roll. Then the server dropped off the bill and she had charged for the complimentary sushi (she charged the amount for the full-sized roll). I brought this to the attention of the server who said she assumed I ordered the dish so she charged me for it. The service was lacking and inattentive, portions were small and expensive. I sat at the bar and had a hard time getting water refilled. Think about that for a minute. The name of the server on the bill said Siena A. Three stars is a generous rating. If I didn't get a complimentary sushi, the rating would have been a 2, but the confusion over getting charged extra, having to locate the server and explaining the situation probably means this place is between a 2 and a 3 for what I experienced.

Every time we go — usually for husband birthday — we like everything we eat. Interesting, delicious! My mother-in-law described a drink she had in Italy and they recreated it.

Place just stinks. Everything about it.

The service was very slow and we were the first people in there. It took forever to get another round of drinks. We spent 2 hours there.

Great place for lively dinner in a nice setting. Service and food were really good.

Server’s were impatient and not very friendly. Food was so-so. Background music was way too loud.

While our server was very nice and working hard, the staff at the door (acted like a bouncer), the hostess, and others (except one who actually smiled) who came to our table were surly and put out. The hostess tried to seat our reservation at a table outside on Boylston St.. When I asked if we could not sit there, she was not happy, tried to put us three at a small bar high top in the front room, and then reluctantly seated us at a table in the restaurant. Plenty of space and empty tables. Rude. Sushi dinner was like a small appetizer (where’s the food). Ramen bowl was tasty and hearty. We went before a Sox game and will make sure to forget to ever go there again.

Slow. Small Portions. Drinks small. Would not go back.

Really enjoyed the mushroom maki roll and eggplant. I’d pass on the shrimp toast next time. Overall, food was very good!
