I'm Korean and I don't approve the quality of the food. The fried chicken was overcooked so much it tasted almost burnt--super dry. I also ordered bulgogi (beef) but it was 80% vegetable. For the price I pay, it was not worth it. I came here because I missed Korean food. I was glad to see the owners are Koreans. However, food is simply not worth the price for its quality and quantity.Wish they can improve in the future. I don't quite understand other positive reviews. The toilet is in a very bad condition as well.

You have to try their jjolmyeon!! Sweet, slightly spicy with sesame seed oil!!! Pair it with hamulpajun and it really is a great combination! The owner told us that their summer menu came back after 3 years so you HAVE to try it!!Didn't take photos as we got the food and literally crushed everything. Also, get their fried chicken!!!Their budaejjigae is really good! If you are going with other friends, you can order the set!

Our experience at HAJU was underwhelming which surprised us a lot given the great reviews we read before coming and the fact we were both looking for authentic Korean cuisine. Unfortunately both our dishes were bland. Our beef bibimbap and kimchi fried rice lacked flavor. Additionally, the rice in the kimchi fried rice was undercooked while the beef bibimbap came in a quite small portion. We ended up paying 30$ total which to us seems excessive. We were quite disappointed.

AMAZING tteokbokki. was a long wait, but once we were seated the service was very quick and the food was very very good.

What a wonderfully simple and delicious Korean restaurant! My friend and I both ordered the Bulgogi and it tasted amazing. I feel like I can't ever forget that taste. I don't eat fish but my friend seemed to like the side dish that was given to us a lot. We both cleared our plates pretty quickly.I would say the ambience is super casual and friendly. I noticed mostly students eat there and that's probably because of the surrounding universities. The prices are extremely affordable given the large portions that they serve which were a pleasure to eat. I would definitely go back there with friends.

The seafood stew was awful, there was barely any seafood in there except packaged ramen. Tasted barely anything but salt and pepper. The service was ok. The bathroom was in poor condition. Overall experience was terrible, felt ripped off. I would not come back here again. Utterly disappointed.

Delicious mom and pop Korean restaurant. Big serving sizes!! Friendly service.

The food is delicious and very well prices. Employees are super friendly. Definitely my favorite place locally.

Yup. Delish. The price is decent for the servings....portions are massive, so I'd recommend sharing. But it is definitely a fun place to explore. Professional serving and great atmosphere.

I didn't expect that this restaurant is such a good place to eat korean food. I'm a korean, so I eat korean food every day, but it was so nice for me also! As a result, We clear all the dishes. If you are interested in Korean food, visit this place!
