I scheduled a chocolate tasting with my team at work. Before the tasting, the team at Gourmet Boutique worked with me over email & phone to ensure that my chocolates arrived on time and to the right people.Anya showed up to our company event herself and her knowledge was incredible. I learned a lot about chocolate!
Fantastic experience. We had a team event with people from Europe and the US. We asked lots of in-depth questions and had a great time. I now know more about buying good chocolate which is a major life skill!
This was an absolute FABULOUS experience from the beginning to the event. Anya and team were amazing and helpful all the way through! Even team members who were skeptical ended up really enjoying it and learning the history of the chocolate. 10 for 10 would do it again!
Overall great experience! Our team hosted a virtual new hire celebration event, and the culinary educator at Gourmet Boutique, Adam, was wonderful. He kept the mood upbeat and fun with lighthearted banter as we tried an assortment of delicious chocolate and teas. Coordinating logistics leading up to the event was a very easy process- Anya, our initial point of contact with GB, took the time to explain the process and answer the many questions we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a virtual culinary experience for a professional group event!
Anya and her team was wonderful. We had decided to have a virtual team event and had just under four weeks to organize delivery across east and west coast locations - all were delivered before the event !! Everyone was so surprise and happy with the goodies. During the event itself, Anya gave us an enjoyable, informative and taste-bud opening experience !!! We had a great experience with Gourmet Boutique. We decided to do a virtual baby shower and added this activity. Anya was amazing! Extremely understanding of the time we had and went above and beyond. Our educator was Adam, who was great with the big group, interacting with everyone and knew a lot about chocolates. We did the chocolate and tea tasting but in the future will definitely try the wine and chocolate. I also realized in the end that the location in Boston is the one I go to for chocolates since they have a big variety of German chocolates :)
Our team had such a fun time during the tasting experience! Anya was very engaging and educated about all the different kinds of chocolate. Plus, they tasted amazing! It was a great way for our team to virtually connect. I would definitely recommend.
I absolutely loved the virtual tasting we did for a work retreat with Anya! I was very impressed with Anya and all of the knowledge she has; she knows her chocolate stuff! She was also very personable.The chocolate that we tried was awesome too, and I'm not even a huge fan of chocolate. I'm also very glad that the chocolate they send is allergen friendly. I'm vegan, and I'm glad that I was still able to participate in this with my coworkers.10/10!!!
This was an amazing team building event! I really enjoyed learning about all the different types of chocolate, the cacao & chocolate making process and getting to try the different bars. Anya did an incredible job! I would highly recommend trying this out.
This was the most fun I've ever had in a virtual event! I had no idea there was so much to chocolate, the history, the manufacturing, and the differences between flavor and taste. All the chocolate tasted amazing and I am normally not a fan of dark chocolate but these were exquisite and luxurious!Anya was a pure delight and she is so knowledgable and clearly LOVES what she does. 10/10 recommend
