Do not go to this place! I was truly disappointed multiple times. I would call for a cheese pizza and they would say "yes, we have cheese pizza" only for me to get there 5 mins later and there is no cheese pizza! The lady behind the deli counter said "you just can't win huh" I was truly unhappy! Also the the girls behind the cash counter are very unfriendly. You say hello to them and they just ignore you with a rude face. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else.
My first and last visit. The guy who makes sandwiches was very rude with no reason I asked for a vegetarian sandwich he just answered in a very bad way very bad customer service. Go somewhere else to spend your money seaport has much better options.
Bad service they wrapped the sandwich poorly and is way overpriced. Don’t go there.
They have this one light skin Hispanic guy working in the back making sandwiches that is just outrageously rude for no reason. The lady manager there also has her days when she herself is rude . Customer service is down right bad.
Overpriced, overrated, and mediocre service.I have given the deli shop several opportunities to perform better and they can't turn it around. Turkey BLT was $14 and carelessly made. The sub rolls are subpar at best. Go to other small businesses like J. Pace's or Flour for a good sandwich in the Seaport and for better service.
I had really high hopes that if I'm paying over $15 for a steak bomb, it would be one of the most delicious. Quality ingredients, but hastily prepared. Lukewarm and the pepperoni were still in a single clump. This isn't my last review. I'll try again soon and update!
Awesome selection of good eatery and essentials. Could use better guest service cashiers . The cashier didn’t even bother to give me my change was to busy talking to his friends !
